Customer service was great! Z greeted me when I came in, was helpful but in no way pushy like the store I had just come from. She heat-adjusted my glasses, now they don't slide down my nose anymore! She was SO patient, offering to adjusting them a little here & a little there so many time for me til they fit perfectly. Thanks Z!

First time visiting visionworks for an eye exam. The experience was fantastic. It was easy to schedule an exam. Parking was convenient (across the street in a deck). The exam was quick, but not rushed. All staff and the doctor were friendly and professional. The price with my insurance was reasonable. There was no pressure to purchase glasses or contacts at the end of the exam.

Rude, incompetent, and disrespectful. She hijacked my appointment--one I had been looking forward to--with negative energy. I had to cancel because of the toxic attitude the young representative (light-skinned Hispanic with long, oily black hair in a ponytail and glasses) was projecting. I will never attend this establishment again.
