Doctors On Sight

I was assured I needed two pairs of glasses, one for computer and one for everything else, which cost $800. A screw kept coming out of one pair of the glasses, causing a lens to fall out. When I called to have the problem fixed, they said they could not fix it because I bought their least expensive frame. They offered me only a discount on one of their more expensive frames. I took my frame to an eyeglass repairman, who said they were good quality. He fixed them for $40. At my next appointment, with a different optician, I was told I needed only one pair, for $600. When I moved to another state and requested that my records be transferred to my new optician, I was told the doctor would have to look at them first. Over a month later, the records have not been transferred.
