Vision Essentials Optical Center | Kaiser Permanente Camp Springs Medical Center

I recently visited the Kaiser Camp Springs Vision Department about a week ago and received outstanding service from Lidia after my glasses (purchased back in June) broke. Lidia took the time to clearly and patiently explain that my glasses were unfortunately beyond repair, but she went above and beyond to walk me through all of my options. She even did some background research to ensure I made the best choice for my new pair. What truly stood out was Lidia's compassion and initiative--she worked with the on-duty doctor to replace my broken frames the same day, allowing me to safely drive home and continue my daily routine, including commuting to work and taking my son to school, while waiting for my new glasses. Lidia is a true patient advocate, and I genuinely appreciate the care, professionalism, and empathy she showed throughout my visit. Huge kudos and heartfelt thanks to Lidia!

Lidia was kind and professional in helping me select my new glasses. Wakiita was very patient and accommodating training my granddaughter with wearing contacts. They went above and beyond to get her taken care of at Camp Springs when a mistake was made with the location of her appointment. Many thanks to them both and the Doctor who assisted in giving her care.

My husband and I visited Kaiser optometry in Camp Springs today to pick up our glasses and had a wonderful experience. Ms. Wakiita Taylor was absolutely a delight to deal with. She was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, cheerful, efficient, and made our visit a positive and memorable appointment. Everyone in the office was a joy to deal with, but if you get a chance to work with Wakiita you won't regret it.

I had an awesome experience at the Camp Springs optometry department. I arrived early and was seen early. Dr. Aggerwal explained the change in my prescription. Wakiita took excellent care of me, ensuring that I chose frames that will be good for bifocals. She explained everything to me and took the time to ensure I understood everything. She gave me her number and told me to call her if I have any questions. Her excellent customer service made my day.

My experience at Vision Essentials was a great one thanks to Filmore and Ali. They both met me with friendly smiles and a willingness to help. Filmore was professional and expert in helping me understand my prescription and selecting my glasses. I hope I'm always fortunate enough to work with him in the future. From the moment I entered the office the entire office seemed friendly! I arrived late and Lidia assisted me and reassured me that I would still be scene with no worries. Her personality definitely released some stress! As soon as I was scene by Ms.Lena she put me at ease because I was super nervous about the eye drops, she made me extremely comfortable as we held a conversation as she did the procedure. Once I was done with the doctor MISS WAKIITA literally took her time and helped me find the best glasses. Kiita is the absolute BEST!!!!She took her time and made sure the frames fit my personality and for that I'm forever thankful because i feel confident enough to wear the frames she picked out. They fit my personality PERFECTLY!!!!! As I was leaving Filmon with his bright smile gave me the glasses to protect my eyes from the sun due to eye drops! I've been to this location plenty of times but today I had the best visit ever. Great team can't wait for them to call and say my glasses are back lol I'm super excited. Thanks again guys

I visited optical department with Camp Springs today and was greeted by Lydia. There was no wait time and her customer service was outstanding. Once selecting a pair of glasses, she went above and beyond to encourage me to try some other pairs and I immediately fell in love with the ones she selected. What a great addition to your team. My technicians Wakiita and Lidia are always on top of their goals. Both of them are very professional, friendly, know their jobs very well. They always greet you with a smile. What a team!!!!
