My husband and I have been going to Professional Vision for over 10 years for our eye exams and glasses. Their glasses are a bit pricey, but we were always happy with the doctors and staff--until this year.
I had my eye exam on August 23 and ordered new reading and distance lenses to be placed in my current frame. I was told it would take two weeks, but I received my reading glasses after one month and my distance glasses on October 20--almost two months later.
They apologized and said the manager would contact me with a discount for the inconvenience, but it's been over a week and I still haven't heard back. Very disappointed after being a loyal customer for so many years.
