My first time bring my daughter to America Best.The customer service was amazing. All staff members were so nice and informative. I really want to give Nyja a big thank you. You have a great personality and phenomenal customer service.

I initially gave a one-star review due to some difficulties getting my contacts, but I am changing my rating to five stars. The team at this location completely rectified the situation and went above and beyond to make things right. I am picking up my contacts today and truly appreciate the extra effort they put in to correct the issue. Thank you for the excellent service. SHOUT OUT TO SHAWN! YOU DID THAT! I'M GRATEFUL

My appointment was at 9:30 - I got out of there at 11:30. The young lady that checked me out was horrible... if you don't want to work or is unhappy you should find another job. I didn't understand the pricing so I asked for clarification and she just rolled her eye and said $490 to fill my prescription. I ended up paying for my exam $99 and leaving. I usually go to America's Best but this was my first time at this location. The doctor she gets 5 stars!

All staff members were pleasant and helpful. The doctor is knowledgeable and kind and Riley provided an excellent checkout experience.

The first time I went, I got an eye exam. That turned out to be the wrong prescription. I went and got another exam from an Dr. They reordered my glasses at no cost. Last year I purchased a new pair. I began to notice scratches on my lens, although I was using the cleaner and cloth they recommended. The lens are so scratched that I can't see out of them. My lens are both transitional and progressive. I took them to them but because it was it was beyond the guaranteed time, they would not do anything. A young lady, who rudely invited herself into the conversation and described herself as a manager invited me to leave after i told them their product was defective, but she responded with, "were they defective when you bought them? Huh? She was rude as well as not having a good grip on the use of the meaning of phrases and words. I will never give them any of my business.

Nyja was extremely helpful in helping me purchasing a pair of glasses as a new state resident. She walked me through everything as well as options and I was so excited to get the pair I was looking for. Very friendly too!

Very unprofessional. Front desk receptionist openly chewing bubble gum with nasty attitude. Appt was scheduled two weeks prior arrived 40 mins before appt and still did not see a doctor until and hour later. After asking to reschedule w/ the host she failed to provide or accommodate a scheduled after asking for availability. The DR did not go in order in which patients were scheduled. Truly one of the most unprofessional locations. The environment looks and smell of property. Walls and doors have not been clean or painted since opening leaving a very dark smelly environment. I recommend anyone attempting this location just take the extra miles to the next location.

I should have read the reviews before deciding to spend my money here. My initial visit was mediocre. Receptionist on that day and I do not recall her name ( light skin young lady) was professional and friendly. Im big on customer service but it seems at times black people don't know when to turn off "street" convo vs turning on " office setting " convo. Sean or Shawn not sure of the spelling should receive professional reception training.She is very condescending on the phone. There's a lack of communication and organization within. I requested to speak to the office Mgr to resolve a issue. Needed a doctor to complete the MVA form. Something I requested two weeks ago. Nevertheless I spoke with Tay who listened and didn't over-talk me. She advised that the form would be completed but the doctor today so I can attend my MVA appt on Monday. Do better
