I wish I could give Jonathan a 10 star, his ability to keep a stressful situation so calm was amazing. I expected to see Dr. Apple the day of my appointment but later found out that I would be doing a virtual appointment with a doctor I had never met. Jonathan was the one that made the whole procedure, process, and experience pleasant. Jonathan was the one who did my exam and did it with great confidence and ease. Every time I go to Sterling Optical and Jonathan is there, he always greets me with a hello and a smile. He greets everyone that walks through the door the same way. Sterling Optical should be very thankful for Jonathan, he is great at his job, and it shows.

I had an eye exam yesterday, 3/14/25, l want to thank the doctor and staff for always taking such good care of me. I've been going to the Sterling Optical in Waldorf, MD, for years. From making my appointments to testing, selecting lenses, frames, and cost, l always receive outstanding service. They provice high quality customer service. I am a very satisfied customer and thankful for their excellence.

Today was our visit at this office and I must say the service is A-one. Jonathan and Tiffany were absolutely amazing and great with our children.The physician Dr. Apple was great with us and the kids as well. Customer service went above and beyond. Definitely take care of their patients. If you are looking for a good eye doctor in the Waldorf area this is the place to go!!!!

We had a great experience today during our first visit at Sterling Optical. Jonathan and Tiffany were amazing. They immediately made my family and I feel at ease. My son has not enjoyed the eye doctor due to bad experience in the past. Today, all of that changed. I truly appreciate this place and their customer service!! I definitely recommend them!!

Johnathan was very knowledgeable, helpful, and considerate while assisting me with an urgent issue. I've been a patient with Dr. Apple for a number of years and I always have a great experience with her. It takes me an hour to drive to this location but it's worth every mile.

My visit to Sterling Optical was outstanding! Tiffany and Lisa were welcoming and eager to assist me with tightening my sunglasses. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and helped right away. The store is clean, organized, and offers a great selection of sunglasses.
