My children and I had a great experience at WEA. The check-in was seamless. It didn't take long to be seen. The optometric assistant was great with the kids and made them feel comfortable. Dr. Hockett was excellent and very thorough. The appointment was not rushed and the doctor took his time to explain concerns and answer all my questions. WEA's Technician Stacy was absolutely the best. She was engaging, thorough, smiled and even gave my young son a snack when he said he was hungry. She went out of her way to do that. That's customer service I really value and appreciate. We will be returning!

Dr. Weinstein is an excellent optometrist. It is the first time ever that I have such excellence when testing my eyes. She made sure that I got a good accurate test. She took her time and gave me a one of a kind test. She also has wonderful bedside manners. At no time did she rush the procedure dedicating all her attention to the task at hand. She gave me and excellent prescription. My search for a good optometrist is over. I'll keep going to her office for sure. Also her staff was very professional and kind. It was a very good experience. I highly recommend her.

Dr Melinda Weinstein and staff, Aliya, Deni and Chelsey are outstanding!!! I had one of the most informative, caring, professional encounters I have ever had with an optometrist. I was there for a first time visit for new glasses for my 96 year old mother. Aliyah, at the front desk, greeted us with a smile and updated our profile. Deni took her time to make sure my mother was comfortable as she moved from one station to another for variety of assessments. Dr Weinstein thoroughly explained all the exam results and made helpful recommendations for continued care. Chelsey measured, tried on, and helped my mom select the perfect pair of glasses....all the while flashing her winning smile. We both left very happy!!!
