This is located inside the local mall. The place is very clean and maintained. The front desk staff was very helpful and professional. The wait time for the eye doctor was about 15 minutes. They also have a deal going on right now as well.

Not sure why that (1of4) is up the. Unless you are not use to people giving a 5. Now, with that being said, let me tell you about my experience. My experience was a (5); which was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! I was so pleased with the exceptional service I received at Vision Works in Waldorf Md on 2/11/2026. Shante' was so professional, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable all wrapped in one!!! This is the second time I have purchased my eyewear from that location. Each time, I had the pleasure of having Shante' wait on me. She is definitely an asset to your company. I feel she is made for this type of job. Her CUSTOMER SERVICE would be a (10), as far as I am concerned! Thank you Shante, and thank you Vision Works for having such an outstanding employee!!!!!!

I have been a customer for Visionworks for a few years now and every time I go, I feel that I am in good hands with people who care about the entire process. This last visit, I had ordered my lenses with some tint to help reduce eye strain. When I arrived to pick up my glasses, I noticed the tint was not what I had expected. My concerns were immediately taken care of and a new set of glasses have been ordered. The only thing I can suggest is that a chart with available tint styles be made available to customers so a more informed decision can be made in selecting tint.

They take a genuine interest in my eye health, explaining procedures clearly and ensuring I understand my options. I had an awesome experience in working with my optician and his assistance while I was at Visionworks to receive services for my eye care. Thank you team for your team effort and making my visit a very pleasant one. I highly recommend Visionworks in St. Charles mall.

The girl who works at the front desk (NOYARIS) with the two nose rings and dyed, fried, brittle ends, sparse, unkept, unacceptable, unprofessional, balding, orange/red hair was very disrespectful during my visit. This was my first time coming to Visionworks and will be my last all because of her unprofessional behavior and attitude. She was so rude I asked the optometrist, whom was very pleasant, if that girl is always that rude and his response was "yes she is". Why is someone who is rude, disrespectful, and unkept employed at a well established company like Visionworks? I don't know, but while she is still employed there this business will not last. Training/retraining isn't going to help because she's disrespectful and does not care about her job. Being a mean girl while working a front desk receptionist job at an optometrist is absolutely insane. As someone who has vision issues, this is not a comfortable place to be, while she is present. And as I went through these reviews I see she has multiple complaints and nothing has changed. As someone who works in the realm of corporate intelligence this behavior is very unacceptable. I do hope someone rectifies the common issue which is NOYARIS.

This was a very poor customer service experience. The front desk associate (long hair, nose piercing, eyeglasses) was on her phone while assisting us. At first, I assumed she was using it for work-related purposes, but it became clear she was texting and sending emojis about something completely unrelated. We came in to purchase eyeglasses and felt ignored and disrespected. There was no greeting, no smile, and no effort to be approachable or attentive. She appeared uninterested and unhappy to be there, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable. Being on a personal phone during customer service is unacceptable. Visionworks Waldorf needs to address professionalism at the front desk, as this experience did not meet even basic customer service standards.

I had the pleasure of working with the young lady named Noyaris. She was very helpful and patient with me with the process of purchasing glasses. I have been going to VisionWorks for 4 years now and i can say by far the best experience i have had with them. Safe to say i will be returning to this location as long as she is there.
