Dr Tieri is extremely technically precise - my family has been delighted with his services for years. He's a low-key, direct, and soft-spoken person, which some may confuse with disinterest. Take the negative reviews with a big grain of salt. For me, I appreciate that he's not a showman. He gives straight answers to all questions, cuts through conjecture, and won't use idle chitchat as a way to butter us up for a hard sell on overpriced frames (which is all too common elsewhere...not his monkeys, not his circus). He's simply a great optometrist. Period.

At my appointment with Dr. Tieri, I found him unmotivated, unprofessional, undercommunicative, poor-mannered, and just plain rude. I have had good experiences buying glasses at Precision Vision, so it's a shame they choose to partner with him. I hope for his other customers' sake that I caught him on a bad day.
