This office these wonderful people deserve a 10..In a world of medicine and I mean any kind of dr your waiting weeks or months..she squeezed me in ended up doing a full exam was just amazing explained everything ..they even got me in for picking glasses and getting them ordered..I can't say enough about this office and these great people...Thanks so much for all you did for me!!!

I look forward to my eye exams with Dr. Santos. I love her one on one approach and her genuine interest in her patients.

Dr. Santos is the best doctor I've ever had. She really shows she cares and takes her time with your exam. I am always comfortable and at ease with her taking care of my eyes. So soft spoken and genuine. I really hope she doesn't retire any time soon, as I, and many others, would be devastated!

My family and I all see her, and we love her. Talk about a sense of urgency! I had an emergency I didn't even know about, and she referred me out ASAP and got me seen! That's a person with a heart for their work. Thanks for all you do, Dr!(please don't retire soon)

Dr.Santos is wonderful. She was my eye doctor for years until my insurance changed but during my entire time under her care I found her receptionist to be the most inconsiderate, rude and condescending person I had ever been in contact with. When my insurance finally changed to one she does accept I was thwarted in my attempts to get an appointment, by her receptionist. Apparently her insurance policy's seems to change conveniently everytime you call as though they say these things specifically to exclude whomever they choose. For example my husband is a patient yet I have the same insurance and have just been told she doesn't accept my insurance. Pointing out that the insurance is the same changes nothing except to get you put on hold and then disconnected.(I would like to make clear I have been extremely pleasant each call as Dr. Santos is a phenomenal Dr. and wouldn't want to sabotage any chance I had of becoming her patient again, but getting passed the warden at the door has proved an impossible task.)

Dr Santos is one of nicest people I have ever dealt with. They got me in right away and took very good care of me. I would recommend her to anyone. And they repaired my glasses right away. I can't thank them enough!

Dr. Santos goes way above and beyond her normal everyday doctor requirements. She has come in on her day off to make sure my husbands eye was healing correctly. She's not just an eye doctor that my family and I see, she is part of my family. Between Dr. Santos and Sue, at the front desk, they both make sure that my 5 year old daughter is having a great time. There is no one else I would go to that I trust my eye sight to.

I was a new patient in for an eye exam. Dr Santos is very warm, kind, and easy to talk to. I would definitely refer anyone to her.
