I made an appointment last week and waited an hour and had to leave before I could examined. I rescheduled for an early morning appointment, thinking that perhaps they'd gotten behind over the course of the day. Again, I waited 25 minutes and was told I would have to wait at least 15-20 more -- not even to see an optometrist in person. These are for video consultations.
