I've been a patient of Dr. Clifford Michaelson for decades, and he continues to provide careful, detailed exams. He never rushes appointments and always takes the time to explain what he's seeing and what it means for my long-term eye health. I especially appreciate how he walks me through the imaging results so I can clearly understand my vision and any changes from year to year. The office uses modern diagnostic equipment, making the exams comprehensive and precise. It's reassuring to know they're using up-to-date technology to monitor and protect my vision. Office staff is always friendly and proficient. I have been a patient of Dr Georgacoplas at another practice and followed her here . She is great . I recently had an unexpected issue with my optic nerve and Dr Michelson was willing to see me on the spot without any hesitation per request of Dr G. Amazing doctor. So kind , explains everything and gives you as much time as needed . Highly recommended this practice.

Each move a gentle hand on the shoulder, "Right this way," while your vision melts and your dignity bumps into door frames. Time stretches into waiting for something with no idea when it'll happen. The clinicians themselves are kind. They speak in soft, practiced voices that almost make you forget you're squinting at the carpet like it's a topographical map. They're doing their best, working within some unseen choreographed waltz of schedules, machines, and overbooked realities. None of this is their fault. Then the doctor finally appears. Calm, present, actually there. And for a moment, the frustration softens. You remember why you came. The disorientation lingers, the wait times still pile up, and the small embarrassment of being led around half-blind never fully fades. The whole thing feels like navigating a foreign city with an outdated map. Yes, you get to the museum in the end, but your morning is already gone. Care shouldn't feel like an obstacle course. You can appreciate the kindness of the people and still call out the chaos of the system that made the whole thing harder than it needed to be. Two truths, side by side--clearer than your vision was at the time.

I have been going to Andover eye and seeing Dr. Chin for almost 40 years. I believe it's a little bit of a hike for me to go to Andover from where I live but I wouldn't see anyone else. Everyone is great. Dr. Chin is excellent. His staff is above and beyond. I feel like I'm with family when I go there and I know I am in excellent Hands.

I went in for my annual eye exam. This was my first visit to this practice as my ophthalmologist , Dr Georgacopoulas, recently moved her practice to here. I have always been extremely happy with the care Dr Georgacopoulas provides and was very happy with the facility that Andover Eye provides.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Georgacopolus. She was very gentle and adept in her field helping me understand the examination procedure & status of my eye health.

Knowledgeable staff in all areas. Dr's I've seen have great experience, are very thorough and take their time w each patient.

The service provided by Andover Eye Associates is unmatched. The entire staff are always kind and patient with my particularly needs and go above and beyond to provide a great experience from eye exam to picking out lenses and getting fitted for contacts. The front desk is knowledgable and friendly and great at communicating important information in a timely manner. For sure one the best providers of optical needs if not one of the best medical offices I've ever been to. I feel comfortable and safe with Andover Eye Associates and trust every member of their team has my best interest in mind. I will be back!
