Excellent experience at Andover Optometry. I took my 11-year-old son for an eye exam and he was a little nervous. Dr. Mayancela was very friendly, thorough, and patient. She made him feel at ease and easily explained his options. Office staff was also very kind and welcoming.

The staff was wonderful. The office was clean. There was parking out back which was helpful for the busy area. I would however recommend ordering contact lenses online instead of through the office. I paid about $300 for a year supply of contacts with my insurance (which took about $200 off the total of almost $500). Turns out a year supply online is about $260 without using insurance so I wish I had shopped around before ordering... this was my first time at this office and I have not had this experience with previous offices when I lived in Maine so I'm a little bummed out and confused about the difference in cost.
