Clear View Eye Associates

Dr. Tolchin is the best!!! She is patient, understanding, and professional with a great "bedside" manner. I haven't been able to see her since 2021. I was afraid that I would never be able to see her because of insurance purposes, however, that changed earlier in year and I couldn't be happier!!!!!! Clearview Eye Associates is the place to go for quality eye care. The Support Staff is also outstanding!!!! All went above and beyond to welcome me with the highest level of Customer Service!!!!!

I absolutely LOVE the Dr. giving the exams and have been going to the Billerica office for over a decade, but sadly after my last appointment a year ago I won't be back. The front end staff left a bad taste in my mouth (Cookie in particular) and the hours for the Billerica office are extremely tricky and inconvenient, so I decided not to go back after my last appointment. Evidently I was booked for an appointment a year out, however. I never received a reminder- I would have cancelled given that I wasn't planning on going back to the office after that. What I did receive was a missed appointment/no show bill for $75. Again, I didn't receive any sort of reminder and I was out of the state for a wedding so had I received a reminder, again I would have cancelled. Once again, highlighting issues with the front end staff. They also have a a much more limited choice in frames than when I first started going there. It's very sad because I really loved the optometrist.

I am going to this place for last 10 yrs and very happy. Dr. Tolchin is very knowledgeable and gives your eyes a thorough examination. In my opinion she should be full eye doctor. Equally her staff is very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend her if someone is interested.

I love this eye doctor as well as the entire team. The whole team is professional, very down to earth and incredibly knowledgeable. The office is always immaculate and well maintained. They always remember me as if I was there every day! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommend...10 stars would be a better rating!

Dr. Tolchin is very thorough, wonderful personality as well. The office staff is always helpful and pleasant. Very happy with them all.

Very nice and respectful staff.Clean facility. Dr. Tolchin didn't act rushed (even though I was her last appointment of the day). She took time to explain how I could possibly have problems down the road, or not, and how she would monitor to be able to treat if I did--including the pictures she took of the back of my eyes. She also took her time assessing my prescription for glasses and for contacts. I could go on, but basically, she treated me like a VIP during my very first time meeting her/first examination. She came highly recommended and I understand why.

I'm using Clear View Eye for eye exams and glass prescriptions for many years now and can only say good things about them. Dr. Tolchin is very professional, all staff is friendly, glass selection is good. Will highly recommend them.
