I'm not someone who ever leaves negative reviews, but the way this situation was handled genuinely shocked me.
I have been a client here for almost four years and reached out today to make an appointment. I was told via text that they could no longer accept me as a client because I had exceeded their maximum of two cancellations. They listed the dates, which were two in 2023, three in 2024, and two in 2025.
I am always extremely mindful of cancellation policies and have always canceled within their allowed window. What was never clear to me is that this appears to be a lifetime maximum of two cancellations total- i was completely unaware of this and have never encountered anything like this elsewhere.
The dismissive tone and lack of conversation or warning overshadowed what had otherwise been pleasant experiences over the years. While I am disappointed by how this was handled, I will say they are talented and do good work.
That said, I have now been dismissed as a client. Unfortunately, they have also lost several referrals, as friends who originally went here based on my recommendation will no longer be going.

Where do I even start! I wish I could rate Dream Beauty 10 stars out of 5! Rosie has been doing my lashes for about two years now. Prior to her, I had about 6 different lash artists - most of which were amazing, but Rosie's dedication to perfection and customer service is absolutely unmatched. Coming from a single mother with little to no help, Rosie has always been more than understanding and compassionate with time constraints etc, whilst remaining professional and always delivering top quality work. I don't know how I got so lucky to find her, but there is no one I trust more with my lashes, face and eyes than Rosie herself. I will never go to another business. Rosie is unbeatable!

I came to Rosie when my eyebrows had been messed up! Rosie looked at them & was so comforting telling me that she was going to do what ever it takes to make my eyebrows look better & professional. When Rosie did my first correction there was a lot of difference & i was very happy. Then she gave me a second appointment & this time around the work was exceptional! The job done was fantastic that most people i came in touch with were asking me where i had my eyebrows done.

I love this salon and Rosie! The salon is very clean. The staffs are friendly and professional. Also, importantly, my lashes always come out great and last so long! I made an appointment with Rosie for eyebrow waxing and the experience was great. I had mentioned to her how I was nervous because I hadn't gotten my eyebrows done in a long time from previous bad experiences and she listened to my concerns and took away my worry. She was very attentive and gentle; I hardly felt anything while she waxed my eyebrows! Just a very easygoing and wonderful experience. Rosie did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend seeing her for your brow needs.
