Katiana at Dr Lamatinas front desk is such a lovely person! Had some trouble this morning and she was able to speak with my provider and give me a call back within the hour with an appointment within 2 weeks of my call. An absolute doll!! Great job Katiana and amazing way to start the new year with a great attitude :) !!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE! Waited months to see Dr. Lamatina. Then I waited another 15 minutes in the waiting room. She was running super late or she overbooks herself. Tons of kids in the waiting room some for an hour. The staff are new they don't know what's going on. One of the assistants interrupted my appointment because she needed help. I told them my concerns with my son and my concerns were completely ignored She just did whatever she wanted to do. Do not take your kid here. You can go literally anywhere else and you will get better care.

The people who book your appointment don't know what they are doing. I spent 15 minutes trying to make an appointment, but ended up calling somewhere else, ridiculous.

You have an appt then you sit and wait 2hrs to be seen for a 15 minute procedure because they over book.

Horrible! Saw Dr. Eric Staffier for the first time. Messed up on my prescriptions! BOTH on my glasses and contacts now. Mind you I ordered my glasses through insurance, now because of HIS mistake it effected my one "repair". So now god forbid something happens to these glasses, I'm screwed. Now my contact prescription is messed up. When I call, I keep getting the run around! NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN! DO NOT GO HERE!!

Went in for an eye exam with doctor Xuejing Chen, to express concerns regarding my side effects after laser surgery in which was done by her. However she was very arrogant and unsympathetic, she didn't bother to hear anything I had to say. Worst experience I had. This is my second time coming to her and will be my last

It took us forever to get an appointment for my 9 year old To see dr lemintina or however you spell it . This lady took a year off mind you . They called the day before his appointment to tell me that she was not gonna be in and that we needed to reschedule . Then further told me that there next available appointment isn't until June!!! It's the beginning of February. He has not been seen for 2 years. The women that work the front desk at that place is so rude! She doesn't try to help with a different alternative she just kept saying the same thing over and over again . That she needs to cancel My sons appointment. Then she even went so far as to tell my son can only see this dr because she is the only pediatric op . My son has been seen by dr yong before so I know she was lying and she just did not want to do her job. So because this dr called In, tough ! They need someone else to run that pace better ! And get a better pediatric op. This lady took a year off to have a baby ? Must be nice . Horrible place will not be back !

This place is very good at the work they do although they over book patients just about everyday which creates a bad experience. For instance I had a appointment at 8:30am and I was placed into the doctors room at 10:00am. I still waited for the eye doctor and he finally walked by my room to tell me one moment as he entered into another patients room. I was yet to be seen in the room after 20mins so I ended up leaving. I find this to be very unprofessional giving under the name of Boston University. I myself will not come back and would not recommend this place.
