City Eye

I would like to take a moment to share my mothers experience at this location.My mother recently went in for an appointment and had been on monthly contacts forever and no one had ever taken the time to briefly explain daily lenses to her. Miguel was the first person to actually educate her on how much healthier dailies are. She immediately made the switch because of him, and her eyes have since felt so much better.He explained the equipment, the tests, and what they meant. He made the appointment feel quick, smooth, comfortable and stress-free. Thank you so much for caring!

Couldn't have had a better experience if I tried. All of the staff is wonderful and easy to talk to. I'd recommend this location to anyone who needs an eye exam.

I had an eye exam and contact fitting a few weeks ago. In my previsit paperwork I listed that I wear Acuvue lenses, which were previously prescribed to me at another LensCrafters location. I also shared my prescription up on arrival. But after my eye exam was over, just as the doctor was starting my contaxt fitting, the doctor announced that they do not prescribe Acuvue at this LensCrafters location. Instead he fitted me for LensCrafters brand lenses that I can't buy from anywhwre from you guessed it... LensCrafters! He didn't even complete the fitting himself, the tech checked my eyes about five minutes after I put the the contacts in and then asked if I wanted to buy a years worth?! Why would I buy a years worth when I've only tried them on for five minutes? Aren't I supposed to use the samples for a few days and then decide if they're comfortable? I've worn the same lenses for many years and didn't want to change brands. I get migraines and the lenses I wear work well for me. Why is Acuvue advertised on LensCrafters website if they can't actually prescribe them to customers anymore? I wasted my annual contact fitting reimbursement because now I have to go somewhere else to get my prescription. I'll add that the tech was very good and doing a great job training someone new. The doctor was moody and seemed like he was just going through the motions to get my exam over with.

I had been putting off getting eye exams for many many years because of some medical appointment anxiety I have. I finally ended up randomly calling City Eye because it was located near my house. And wow am I glad I called them. The staff were absolutely amazing. They explained things so carefully and answered the many questions I had. I left the appointment in shock over how kind everyone was. I look forward to continue seeing everyone at City Eye. Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable!

They tried, on the day of my appointment, to pay Out of Pocket for a service my insurance covers! "Its a new hi-tech machine, it sees better" well if my insurance covers this service WHY make me pay? I dont recall the actual cost but it was $50.00 or above

Pia did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable during my exam and was very knowledgeable at answering all my questions. I felt like I was in great hands! I had a great experience here for my first visit. Can't wait to be back soon, thank you again Pia

The eye doctor was amazing but unfortunately they played games with the billing. I paid what I thought was my co-pay at the time of my exam. But unbeknown to me that I was paying for eye imaging scan charge and now three weeks later they are sending me a bill for my 40.00 copay why they didn't tell me about all the charges at the time of the exam is beyond me !! Suggest you explain to clients of all charges .
