Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, everyone made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. Dr.Sehgal is very professional but is also quite personable, it was a great experience through and through. I strongly recommend Chelmsford Optometric Associates, you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! The pediatric eye doctor has an incredible way with children--my son took to her immediately. The staff is helpful, professional, and they seem to genuinely enjoy being there. A great environment for kids!

If there was an option for zero stars I would have preferred that appropriate rating. The office staff is incredibly rude and lazy. Came in for an annual eye exam and was charged from a visit 3 years prior. The employee stated my insurance declined their claim, which I followed up on. My insurance company informed me no such claim was ever sent to them. Clearly the staff lied, or is totally incompetent. I sent the owner a letter and she never reached out to correct this mistake. The Better Buisness Bureau has been notified.

Doctors and staffs are all amazing!! Very thorough with the eye exam! Great selection for glasses as well. I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends.

I received a text on Oct 21st asking me to confirm my appointment with Dr. Lahey ( who is great). It said my appointment was at 8:00am on Nov 22. I replied with "Y" and received a message thanking me for confirming. Arrived at 8:00 this morning and was told Dr Lahey does not work on Saturday. This is not the first time I have had issues with communication and follow through with this office. It appears to me that it is does not have a well organized business manager. I will miss Dr. lahey, she is very pleasant, capable and professional. Unfortunately due to the time I have wasted with this office due to poor and/or incorrect information/communication I will not return to this practice.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This place charges $200 for an annual contacts lens exam, NO CONTACTS INCLUDED. Their contacts lens trial is very overpriced just for tens days worth of contacts from three different brands. If you already paid your bill, they'll say you didn't and continue to harass until you do. They also never pick up their phones over half the time, and their hours are inconvenient. They give you an "itemized" receipt that doesn't make sense (e.g. my sister and I went for the same type of appointment on different days and they charged her more than they charged me). I would recommend going to another practice.

I've been seeing Dr. Lahey for years, and she continues to impress me every time. She's incredibly thorough, running a wide range of tests to make sure my eyes are healthy and nothing gets missed. Most importantly, she always makes me feel comfortable and cared for--never rushed. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. The entire team is warm, professional, and helpful from start to finish. Whether it's scheduling, check-in, or picking out glasses, the experience is seamless. Speaking of glasses--the selection here is amazing! So many stylish, high-quality options to choose from, and the staff always helps me find the perfect pair. I truly can't recommend Dr. Lahey and her team enough. They make eye care easy, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Thank you for years of outstanding care!

This place is horrible I've been dealing with them for years because at first they seemed like a well organized place. However, I was way wrong. They changed staff constantly. They scam you out of your money because they schedule appointment not according to your insurance. I had an appointment and I had asked the front desk multiple times whether or not there would be a co-pay or a charge of any kind and the front desk person multiple times told me that I was all set and that they have my insurance was on file. Months later like 4 months later I got a bill in the mail for 200+ dollars saying that my bill was not covered because it was scheduled wrong. My Insurance has tried to reach out to them multiple times to get an appeal and they do not follow through with them. This has been an ongoing issue for months. I really wish that I had never found them in the first place.****update I've been trying to call the billing department for weeks now and I have left plenty of voicemails and they do not respond. My insurance has even tried calling and they've not been able to get a hold of someone in the office. This has been the worst experience I've had with any medical professional. This office is lazy and they're not professional. I will never ever go here again and I would never recommend this place to anyone.
