Messed up prescriptions lenses. Was extremely rude when addressing the issue. Still had to pay for her mistake. Avoid her and her 2 locations at all cost. For someone who works with eyes. She always has a crazy amount of dog or car hair on her clothing.

Dr. Wayne is a great eye doctor who's nice. Though she has a lot going on in her office she still finds time to organize and focus on her patients. She's cool and she speaks English and Spanish.

I've known her since I was 9 or 10 years old!! I love her. She is so kind hearted, loving and caring person. So sweet, warm person she makes you feel like family. That's how I feel about her and her staff, they are the same, caring, heart warming, loving people. Thank you Dr Wayne for all the service you have given me and my family.. New receptionist is very unprofessional. I was there in the waiting area waiting to be called by doctor and could hear receptionist on a personal phone call with her mother cursing and yelling in front of patients. I love Dr Wayne, I been going there for years but this new girl makes the business look bad. I tried referring a friend there also and my friend has decided not to go to her appt due to lack of professionalism from front desk. My friend said that front desk was rude while making her appt and didnt give her any information about what kinda insurance they take. Get a new educated and kind receptionist .

I love this woman!!! Iv known her since I was 3.... But they never ever pick up the phone or clear thier voicemail....so they don't even read or listen to voicemail....I'm so frustrated right now...u literally need to call 20* just to get anyone COMPETENT ENOUGH TO EVEN ANSWER YOUR IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!! ILL STILL GO THO CUZ HER WORK IS SECOND TO NONE...BUT SHE DEFINITELY NEEDS BETTER OFFICE INTEL...HEY I NEED A JOB!!! ILL COME ANDWER UR PHONES!!!!!

EVERY TIME I EVER WENT TO THE OFFICE I NEVER HAD ANY TROUBLE GETTING IN I'M IN A WHEELCHAIR AND THE GIRLS HOLD THE DOOR OPEN FOR ME TO GET IN THE OFFICE AND DEBRA WAYNE I'VE BEEN GOING TO SENCE I'VE BEEN WEARING GLASSES SHE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN HER WORK AND HAS BEEN THERE FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND SERVES HER COMMUNITY VERY WELL AND SHE IS A VERY NICE PERSON AS WELL THANK YOU DEBRA FOR BEING THERE FOR ME

3 generations of my family have been going to doctor Wayne's. She has been serving the Chelsea community with pride and friendly professionalism. Highly recommend her and her safe.
