1 year ago I walked in to Dr eisenberg's office for the first time I was rushed into the room I was rushed during the eye exam he wouldn't answer questions I told him I could not see the third line he ignored me he grabbed a little bottle about to dilate my eyes I had to stop him No one told me I couldn't drive there he never asked me if he could dilate my eyes I had to tell him I'm driving and I need to know before you do this he got angry and dismissed me I was mistreated misdiagnosed and it was a total waste of my insurance I need to wait now another year to have my eyes checked thank God I didn't have anything seriously wrong The staff and the receptionist are so caught up in their own discussions together they ignore the patient Don't want to answer questions rush you I don't know how he still has a business he is a disgrace he should retire I waited weeks to get my glasses and when I did they were useless I could not see I didn't even bother to call. I should have read the reviews before I went instead I read them after totally regret

IVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR.EISENBERG FOR YEARS. I HAD A GREAT EXPERIANCE WITH THE DOCTOR THE GIRLS IN THE FRONT AND THE OFFICE MANAGER WAS KIND AND INFORMATIVE . THEY WERE GREAT WITH SQUEEZING ME IN ON THE SAME DAY.

Dr. Eisenberg is kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Office staff is great, as well.

Doctor nice and competent, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Receptionists were kind and helpful, one helped me pick out glasses and the other explained what would happen when my eyes were dilated since it was my first time. One is bilingual and translates for Spanish speaking patients. Not sure what these negative reviews are about.

Don't recommend at all. I was told I "BARELY" have a prescription, When I've had glasses in the past. I chose to get glasses because I cannot see well from afar. I finally got my glasses on 2/3 and it does NOT make me see clearly, unless I, all of a sudden, got blinder within a week, they did not test my eyes correctly. If you decide to go to this place, Do Not see the blonde young woman. She does knot know how to do her job. I will be going to another location to have another eye exam done. 0/10.

Wow. Office personnel lied to our face. Ordered contacts on a Wednesday and told a three day turn around. On the following Monday still no contacts so we called office. Woman who answered was bothered and not helpful she said they would be there by US Mail by the next day. Next day....no contacts! Called the office back and another woman said the were ordered on the original Wednesday but that it was a delivery company which could not track the package. Finally received contacts the next day (Wednesday) shipping company documentation showed the order was placed two days before delivery. The point here is don't lie to your customers. Very easy to check on. Would have been fine if they owned up to their mistake but now because they are liars. We are no longer patients. Take notice Dr. Eisenberg you may not know what's going on but your employees are ruining your name. Ex patient of 27 years.

My whole visit was very disappointing. The eye doctor seemed rushed and frankly kind of rude when I expressed interest in contacts. He said "Now why would you want to put plastic in your eyes?" Because they're mine and it's my choice? Once the exam was over the receptionists herded me into a room with limited frame options and left me there. Never even checking in on me. Finally when I decided I would purchase glasses online (which I've successfully done before) the prescription WAS NOT RIGHT! Now I've got to deal with returning glasses and hopefully not have to pay a fortune to get another eye exam. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

How is he still practicing. I went there for my yearly eye exam. He gave me a full eye exam, but he never said there was a concern with my right eye. I was having a problem with my right eye. I went to a eye specialist and they found that I have uveitis. It took 2yrs 8 months to clear it up. If I could this place would of got 0 stars. Customer beware....
