Angela Ciocca O.D. and her staff are all very professional, very thorough, very empathetic, and the DR takes the time to explain what is going on with my eyes in my old age and although it is scary she is assuring that it's just old age and makes sure I understand what to be aware of and when to follow up to make the best efforts to keep my eyesight through my golden years. Fairview Eye Care is the best place I've ever been in my life for My eyes! I am a registered nurse in the community and am picky about my healthcare. These people are amazing, especially Doctor Ciocca Who answered her phone over a year ago Instead of the receptionist and got me in like the next day versus a year because she knew I was a nurse and needed. I care so badly. Don't expect I'd be able to do that for everybody, but that was very nice of her! Then I broke them about a year ago and called them again and she got me right in again and it's just getting to the point where I think she's the best provider ever. Meredith Just did my exam and she was so friendly and kind as well. If you want to go somewhere where you're gonna get treated with Respect And get the best clinical care in the field, come here!

Dr. Ciocca and all of her staff are amazing. Super friendly, helpful and really take the time to listen. The postcard reminders to call and book your annual exam are helpful and appreciated as well as cute!. Overall a great experience with every interaction I've had with the staff

I couldn't get in here for YEARS because they didn't take my ins. They do NOW and when I finally went in I was VERY IMPRESSED! It was nice and clean and everyone was so very friendly and super efficient! No sitting around waiting forever like other places I've been to! I'm thrilled because I requested a referral from my daughters PCP to help me find her a steady eye doc since she too needs glasses now and they referred us to Fairview Eye Care!! I'm so glad we can both go with them now!!

Call today to schedule a contact exam I was told I would have to wait till November. Poor communication skills here lost the Customer. I'll go to LensCrafters.

Dr. Ciocca is absolutely AMAZING I'm currently getting ready for my nephews Jack & Jill it's a Saturday my left contact just tore as I'm rushing I immediately called the Office (on a weekend at 1:26pm) she called me by 1:34pm to assist me with being able to see lol and has me going in first thing Monday morning! What Dr does this especially when it's NOT during business hours or even on the weekend she's truly amazing I've referred her to all my Family and my kids now see her as well as a lot of Family members & friends I've referred NONE of us have anything bad, rude or mean to say she's honestly the BEST!! I've been going here for well over 2 decades even when the original Doctor was here all those years and had nothing but a smooth transition with her she's very kind and does her absolute best when trying to help her patients in anyway she's able to! So make your appointments she's booking out fast but she's always more than willing to even stay later if a patient isn't able to come as long as you're NOT MISSING 4-5 appointments which is absurd if that's happening you're not only taking up space with your appointments being booked many months ahead but you're also taking the opportunity from another individual that's in need of her care and she's more than understanding so it's definitely not her especially when there's only very few individuals whom have written some really hard to believe experiences with her especially when she's as understanding and such a very sweet kindhearted Woman, Doctor, and individual! So PLEASE KEEP ALL UNNECESSARY & DISRESPECTFUL reviews about her and or her staff in the Office I've never had always amazing experiences with ALL Doctors but with her she's absolutely AMAZING & TRULY CARES ABOUT ALL OF HER PATIENTS!! Thank you so much for all of your amazing work and Thank You for being my life saver with my left contact being torn just two hours before my Family's huge gathering and I'll see you first thing Monday morning Thanks again Doctor Ciocca

Incredibly pleasant EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! You can feel Ms. Cioccas passion for her practice when you ask her questions. I also had to purchase new glasses and that was life changing! I think her name is Heather? Super knowledgeable about glasses and asked me questions to fit my style. Highly recommend!! You will not regret!

The staff were pleasant and prompt. They were knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Dr was friendly, professional and warm. This was my first appointment there, and I was very pleased. I would highly recommend!
