Lexington Eye Associates

Dr Olivia Liao is basically the most competent, intelligent, and thorough doctor I've ever had. She's even the 2025-2026 President of the Massachusetts Medical Society (the Massachusetts arm of the American Medical Association). She carefully evaluates my eyes and looks for changes that could result from my multiple systemic diseases. She's the best.

Sad to write this review, but I have to. My appointment was March 8th. I've been going to Lexington eye Associates for almost a decade and have a few eye issues that need constant monitoring. I was told today, 13th of February that as of March 1 they will no longer take my insurance because they were not getting enough money out of it. So I will not be able to be seen by my doctors. Fine, I understand that, but you're telling me on the 13th with less than a month to find a new eye doctor?? I've just called around and the earliest I can get Into somewhere new is August! I will be going without care for months because Lexington Eye Associates didn't have enough foresight or consideration to at least give patients at the proper notification and time. This is how they care for their patience just so you know. Shame on them! I spoke with Moira who said Somebody would get in touch with me with more information as to why there was only 2 weeks notice, since she didn't make the decision. Unfortunately, she hung up before getting my contact information so I will amend this if I do get a call.

Dr. Duncan is kind and makes my daughter feel comfortable, takes the time to explain what he's seeing and his recommendations. The staff are kid-friendly and professional. Our appointments have always gone smoothly and efficiently. Parking is easy. Highly recommend!

Dr. Wu went over and above to problem solve the best contact lens fit for my current sight. She shared some helpful clinical advice. I appreciated her professionalism and persistence.

At a very busy time, Olivia was thorough in her assessment of the severity of my illness, took steps that ensured the professionals who would follow my case were fully informed, had a telephone follow-up to my home scheduled. That thorough follow-up planning prevented an unwanted hospital stay while carefully monitoring the patient's care.

I was having trouble getting a good exam and I was having difficulty with oncoming traffic at night. I decided to go to Lexington Eye. The exams were done professionally by the medical staff and the glasses were made to order. The service I was given by everyone, especially Stephanie and Debbie was excellent; they cared that my experience was a good as possible. It is all well and good to have a baseline of highly trained medical staff, but it all comes down to their handoff of the glasses to me. Stephanie and Debbie made it work exceptionally well, and I am grateful.

Everything went well. My new lenses are working great. The examination was thorough. All of my questions were answered. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
