Niro Eye Care and Associates, LLC

I am in town for work and panicked when the arm fell off my glasses. Daniel Rodriguez at Niro Eye Care just fixed me up immediately! He was kind, thorough, knowledgable, and attentive. He repaired my glasses and even offered to tune up my sunglasses and my friend's glasses as well. I was really impressed with the care he took. Enthusiastically recommend!

I had a great experience at Niro in Concord. I got an apportionment fast, the entire team was incredibly friendly, and I got my glasses in no time at all.

Recently I had some issues in my eyes. Dr. Chia was extremely nice and accommodative. She clearly communicated the urgency to get it checked out quickly. She was very thorough with her examination and made me feel comfortable and confident that I am in good hands. Over all the Concord office staffers were very nice and extremely helpful. I would strongly suggest Niro Eye care Concord to anyone.

If I could give Dr. Lin Chia, OD 0 stars, I would. am actually shocked to see that this establishment has good reviews. I booked my appointment via Zocdoc a month ago. I even got messages from Niro Eye Care confirming my appointment. I even responded to the stream of messages to confirm my appointment. I had to schedule my work hours around this appointment and I needed to drive 30 min to get to the optometrist. Once I got into the optometrist's office, I see the receptionist running to the office of the optometrist and informing her that there was a double booking. They left the door open so I could hear everything, the optometrist tells her that they need to cancel my appointment. The receptionist comes out and tells me they need to reschedule. I was beyond frustrated. I told her that I drove 30 min to get here and I will be getting into work late for this. The only thing she could say is "I'm sorry, we need to reschedule". They had a whole month to figure out that there was a double booking. They clearly have no regards of people's time. I will never recommend this establishment or the optometrist.

My wife has been a patient of Dr. Niro for over 10 years and just loves the service and care she receives. She says that the staff is very friendly and loves the Dr. She is a huge fan!

Dr. Chia is a gem. Wonderful optometrist who is knowledgeable, engaging and friendly. If all of my doctors had a fraction of the bedside manner of Dr. Chia, I'd be in seventh heaven!

We love Dr. Chia! And my son recently started contacts and the process of learning how to use them went super well there!

These guys do a great job ! Highly recommend their office !!
