Excellent, eye exam reading and contact lenses recommended was perfect for my profession, my age, need and ease.
I arrived early for my exam. They got me in quickly and were telling me everything that I needed to know. They even looked up my insurance through my social since I didn't have a card. They were all very professional and my appointment went smoothly
Bety Muller, the eye doctor, performed the best eye exam I have ever had. She explained all of my current vision issues and made sensible and cost effective recommendations, which have helped already. I purchased glasses that I really like, but have yet to receive them. I am hopeful that they will good.
I had my eye check up yesterday and the doctor was great. However, the male stuff who assisted me was unpleasant. After my check up I was asked to pay and I forgot to provide my coupon from my vision plan. When I called the next day to request to adjust my bill he instantly said to me that it can't be use.
I'm trying to explain it to him from the coupon itself it stated that it can be use together with store promotion and vision plan but he was raising his voice and telling me that it won't be valid even if I bring it to the store. I also requested for an itemized receipt and my prescription and he said he will call me and give it to me when my eye glasses is ready for pick up.
This is a very poor customer service. So rude and unprofessional. As a customer and patient we should get a copy of our prescription and copy of service that we will pay. We don't need to wait for days for that and why would you say coupon from vision plans are not valid when it specifically meant for your store to attract clients and customers for your own business benefits?
I will definitely escalate this issue to FTC.
Didn't introduce herself upon starting the visit. Broke HIPAA by having me sign - ironically of all things - a HIPAA waiver containing OTHER PATIENT NAMES on it. Refused to dilate my eyes and instead begrudgingly said she could refer me to a specialist - a specialist to do a routine dilation? And the office (not Dr. Muler's fault) would also get a 1 star rating for refusing to investigate the discrepancy between my eyemed plan having a $20 routine visit copay and them charging me $75...
Optometrist took me right on time and was very professional and made me feel welcome. The guy who helped me pick out my glasses was very nice and helpful. Overall great experience and would come back a second time.
Got an appointment quickly. Got a professional exam for my eyes. Large selection of glasses and big discounts. There is a Russian-speaking manager, which was an additional bonus for me. Thank you.
The doctor was fine. The whole experience was bizarre. They are not professionals. One clerk told me one thing another told another about discounts and prices of frames. They were kind of pushy about buying frames. It's hard to describe, but the whole experience was absurd. I won't be going back for my exam here.
