Lunette Optic

I had a full eye exam and the doctor is excellent! The service at Lunette Optics is top-notch and prices are a bit expensive but the quality is great. My last two pairs of glasses from Lunette Optics are in perfect condition after about 5 years!

We had a fantastic experience buying glasses here with incredibly helpful support from the store staff. The only hard part was having so many fabulous frames to choose from!

I am giving Stephanie Sineiro 5 stars. This evening I went in to Lunette Optics In Legacy place to get my glass adjustment and the screws changed. Stephanie assisted me and she was so professional and making laugh. I gave her my glasses to adjust them, she did a great job. She also explained to me and showed me the screws which I wanted to change weren't the right size. She cleaned my glasses and the whole time we were chatting she had me laughing, because she kept cracking jokes. She was showing and allowing to try on frames and explaining price and how good the quality was. Please make sure she see's this review.

Amazing Experience from an Exceptional Staff! Everyone I dealt with was so accommodating and patient with my every visit. I was consistently impressed every step of the way. My optometrist, Yen-Linh Trinh Nguyen was friendly and professional, explaining everything she did. The receptionist - didn't get his name - was also friendly and welcoming. The visit was totally covered by my BCBS insurance + Eye Med. I would definitely recommend this establishment

My experience over all was such a treat I can't stop smiling about it. Truly friendly, inviting and attentive staff. From the Optometrist to the Optician and the rest of staff when I walked in and scheduled my appt to the reminders of my appointment. Such a wonderful and great selection of frames. I got a great deal on my frames, thank God for Insurance LOL, But honestly, The Optician heard AND listened to my concerns and brought me all the frames she believed i'd like. She did a great job! I love the frame and can't wait to get my NEW GLASSES!! Thank you!

I visited this location recently for a new pair of glasses because it was conveniently located within the plaza but I left empty handed and disappointed due to their focus on profits and not service. When trying to assist me, the girl didn't start by asking me what styles or types of frames I was interested in, but rather she was very eager to look up my vision insurance first. Upon seeing my high level of coverage, she immediately showed me some of their most expensive frames and seemingly gestured to me to 'pick one.' She was clearly more interested in maximizing how much she could bill my insurance rather than finding me a pair that I really liked, even if it meant it was cheaper. I understand that it's sensible to take advantage of insurance benefits when available, but the whole process was just backwards.

1/3/19 EDIT: Failed to folllow up last time around, updating from 4 to 5 stars.. I love my glasses, still -now years later- and receive a zillion compliments. They are light and comfortable, though took me a minute to get used to wearing them lower on my nose and not right up against my face... all these years and I had no idea. Anyhow, we jumped into the store 12/31/18 having no idea they were about to close in 5 minutes. Had to use benefit $ due to company changing insurance. Man oh days, the same lady who had helped me, helped my husband find awesome frames for his face and make sure the insurance was run that day itself. These folks know their stuff and to me, that is priceless. This shop has cool frames but even better, super knowledgeable staff who are kind, patient and motivated to help their customers. Yes, you may pay a little more than the average shop but to be honest, it is totally worth it. Stopped by Lunette Optic today after spending time at two other popular optic shops looking for frames and lenses. I have a small face and find it hard to find cool styles in my size. There were many options at this store, in a wider variety of frame styles than I have seen in other stores. However the two optometry professionals that assisted me were invaluable. They were first of all patient to show me many different styles as I tried to adjust having a bolder look on my face, which I wanted but was slightly hesitant of at the same time. They were helpful to evaluate how progressive lenses would fit into the frames that I selected. I will wait until I get my glasses in a couple of weeks and maybe bump this up a to 5 stars. I am super happy, and was pleasantly surprised, with the helpful service today! Thank you ladies!
