I had an excellent experience at Visology located inside the Dedham Stop & Shop at 160 Providence Highway, Dedham, MA. From start to finish, the visit was smooth, professional, and incredibly welcoming.
My Lead Licensed Optician, Mark Gibson, did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly skilled at what he does. Mark took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. His attention to detail and genuine care made the experience exceptional.
I left with complete confidence in my prescription and eyewear choices. I highly recommend Visology in Dedham, especially if you have a chance to work with Mark - he's fantastic!
