I had an excellent experience at this practice. The staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating from start to finish. They accept a wide range of insurance plans, including government insurance, and I felt truly respected throughout my entire visit. From the very first phone call, I was treated with empathy, care, and understanding. The team took the time to listen to my individual needs and ensured I received the best possible outcome for my situation. In many communities, when government insurance is involved, there can unfortunately be a lack of quality, attention, and detail in care. That was absolutely not the case here. This office provides the same high level of care, dignity, and professionalism to every patient, regardless haof insurance type or background. They handled my emergency efficiently with great concern and accommodative assistance. I love that I can handle a lot of my needs through text as well ! I felt valued. I felt respected. I felt seen. Most importantly, I felt heard and cared for in a way every patient deserves. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking compassionate, high-quality care.

I should have took people's advice on the reviews. This was very very bad customer service given at this establishment sit for over a hour and a half on a lunch break and if it wasn't for me getting up and asking and saying hey what's going on at the same time? I see the optometrist come out and communicate with someone just talking about glasses. So if I didn't get up and ask the time when I got up and asked I would have been sitting for an even longer period of time and then I'm told that oh I can just come back anytime when I have time to then get an appointment. What was the point of me sitting there for almost 2 hours that defeated the whole purpose other people have appointments went to the back came out and I wasn't taken in. I see why when people complained and voiced their concerns about this location. I see exactly why.

Poor service. Went to pick up my glasses which they've been holding for almost 2 months. Which if I didn't call wouldn't have known was ready. Gave my date of birth and, rep went to get the glasses and then asked me to try the glasses on. I asked the rep to clean say glasses as they were dusty. He looked at them as if I was lying. He then asked me how are they. I was the to figure out if the glasses were good or not as it was my first time getting a pair and my eyes aren't that bad where I can barely see. So as I stood there trying to compare my sight with and without the glasses, he told me I had to look outside as they are for distance. Mine you, I was trying to see if I can see the computer screen which was distance from me. But I said okay. I couldn't tell the difference with and without the glasses and stated I needed to something smaller and proceeded to walk towards something else. The rep got very rude and proceeded to shout at me. "Where are you going?" I said I needed to see something smaller. "Well you can say that to me!" And I was like I just did. He then proceeded to say I did t hear you but also proceeded to argue with me. He was then like let me get you your next glasses, so you can get out of here. Proceeded to get my son's glasses and pack them up without even showing the pair to me. I had to ask if I could see them. People are quick to give attitude and then cry wolf once you match them. I went into that store in good spirit and came out with bad energy due to the reps tone and attitude.

We have been going to Boston Eyeworks for many years. The Doctor is amazing (she found and treated an issue my husband had that major Boston eye care specialists missed). The Doctor takes time to explain all facts, potential issues and is very caring. The staff is very enthusiastic and talented. I have and will continue to recommend this outstanding business.

First time for eye exam and new eyeglasses. They are so nice and have a great selection. The staff are amazing. Thank you so much for my new outlook with Crizal lenses.

I went with my dad who is a senior citizen, they took his insurance ang got a beautiful Ray ban glasses, and the service was exelent.

This optician is the worst I've ever seen in my life, the worst customer service they have and even worse, they don't help anyone, when in reality they make a mistake. All the negative comments that are here on this page, I assure you 100% are real because it happened to me. The customer service at the front is useless, the manager's service is even less useful, and the employee's service is useless. They have the worst customer service I've ever seen in history.

was in area getting my cat groomed. my son tripped and broke his glasses. we panicked found this place they took us in with in an hour we had a eye exam and new glasses. The women Kimmie was outstanding and very very customer oriented. I will be back for myself
