So I got 2 pairs of glasses in January of 2022 I thought I had a great relationship with Bobbin who's the owner. I have bought 2 sets of glasses from him before. I got a pair of glasses and sunglasses, both were extremely expensive with his recommendation. One was a pair of Tiffany and company glasses, all white and ones that he suggested because he said "They don't even make these anymore. You should definitely get them, you know I can discount them because they're not available anymore." Which I thought was very kind. It is now October 2022 and my glasses he recommended fell apart. I just went in to see him to see if there is anything we can do and he said, "nope they are broken and you can't use the manufacturer warranty because they are to old." So I asked if there is anything that he can do for me and he said no. So I spent $800, and if something happens to them you can't help me in any way?! Great. Never going there again.

I came into this place on 7/15, 3:40ish because of the positive reviews. I recently broke my favorite pair of glasses and came in with hopes of getting those fixed, or getting new ones. From the beginning, the person there had a very rude, pedantic attitude and didn't seem interested in obtaining my business. He asked me where I got them, I told him Texas and he suggested I go back there to get them fixed. It wasn't until he realized these were a decent pair, that he took me a bit more serious. But at any question, or concern, he dismally showed no interest in gaining my business. I was willing to buy new ones, even pay up front if need be, but he did not take my questions or needs seriously. He dismissed taking any insurance at first (only reneged once I told him I heard him mention eye exams over the phone) only to later confirm that mine is accepted by the optometrist. It felt like my business wasn't welcomed at this establishment. It was even more clearer to me as he treated other guest with more courtesy and respect. I can only assume this person profiled me as someone who could not afford eyeglasses. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

You should definitely go to Eye & Eye for your next pair of eyeglasses! I got glasses for my son at a different store located closer to me, but they seemed to do a terrible job with adjusting the fit and were generally not very helpful. So I took my son to see Bobin, the owner of Eye & Eye, who took great care to adjust them so they fit perfectly. He also checked to make sure the lens prescription was correct, which the other store did not do. Needless to say I'll go straight to Bobin for my and my son's next pairs!
