Valley Medical Optometrist in Easthampton, Massachusetts, it's one of the places you don't want to go. There is always a lady who runs the show there that is extremely rude. I been there couples the time and the hospitality and courtesy is terrible. I m not satisfied with the frames of my glasses and not even that the disrespectful way she treats me by yelling and rushing me every time I go. I am professional and I don't understand why Valley Medical Group haven't check the reviews and keep her in all the stores. Well, they are down to 1 store from 3 offices had before. Every time I call to avoid to go there, her computer is down. Such a mess and failure customer service. Then I make an appointment, take my time, gas to go to Easthampton office, then this lady tells me that I never made my appointment or she said she canceled. I have proof of my online appointments. I wouldn't never go there again!! I just can't pass that she went out of the offices and yelling at me like a kid, in front of patients and people in the waiting room. If you need a decent and professional place to go, there is a wonderful optometrist practice: Northampton Eyes Physician in Florence, MA. Wonderful people, professional and courteous. I hope the management & board of Valley Medical Group, do some training for those employees, that doesn't understand that there is confidential situation that they can't be discussing in front of 15 patients were by me. Please aware to treat patients with respect. We are going through to difficult times during the pandemic so don't make it worse for us. Thank you! Be kind!

I only ordered glasses here because of my vision insurance. The person who waited on me, who is really the only person I've seen working there, is sooo incredibly unfriendly. Acted as if she was doing me a favor by waiting on me. When I asked, after paying a large sum for glasses for my pupillary distance that she had just measured, she refused to give it to me. I had paid hundreds for glasses and was thinking of ordering a much less expensive pair of sunglasses online at Zennioptical. I found a friend who did the measurements and not only ordered the sunglasses, but another pair of what I thought would be my "beat up, sport type glasses. However, my Zenni glasses, both pairs, turned out to be much higher quality than what Valley is offering for an exorbitant price without the rude customer service. In fact, ordering was more of a breeze and customer service was so polite.

The old lady has a disgusting attitude over the phone. Terrible customer service. Hire better receptionist pls.
