Ricciardi Robert A OD

Dr Robert Ricciardi is the best eye doctor! My family and I all go to him for eye exams and glasses for years now. He know all our names when we walk in the door to his office. He is affordable and always helping us making sure we get best eye care we all need.

Excellent eye care. Dr. Ricciardi is a very kind and patient doctor. He is extremely thorough and caring. Always on time, never waited more than ten minutes to be seen. Highly recommend.

I've been coming to Dr. Ricciardi ever since I was 11 years old. He always makes himself available to his patients and is so helpful in trying to make the absolute most of our insurance. He goes out of his way to look for other ways to help us save money which is so appreciated. He knows nearly every patient by name even when you go in and don't have a scheduled appointment. He has a great selection of frames also and is one of the few optometrists in the area who don't try and sell you every add on to make money. I would recommend him to anyone! Much better than your large commercial eye glass place.

I love doctor Ricciardi, I have been going to him for many, many years. He always so nice he always ask how the family is doing. He is very accurate when he exams my eye. Plus he takes my insurance. I've been going here for a couple years. He's very thorough and informative. He took his time and always fines a solution when I had issues with contacts. I've had several eye doctors in the last ten years and he's been the best by far!

Literally the best doctor for your eyes on the north shore, Or even in New England! Extremely knowledgeable, patient, caring, and devoted. First time I saw him he fixed my eyes and took care of my prescription right away. Been a patient for about 4 years or so now. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

He's great! I've been going to him as long as I can remember. He was recommended to us by a lady my mom worked with at the time. Me, my sister, and my mom have been going to him ever since.

I had a great experience until the day that I had to call to ask for my contact lenses prescription. I called on Monday and was told that I would have to go there in person to get it and they would call me back when it was ready (how long can it take to write a few numbers on a piece of paper?) and I never got a callback. On Thursday, I called again, and after getting my information all over again, the receptionist hangs up saying she would call back. She didn't apologize for the delay and didn't even sound like she cared. 30 min later, I get a call so that they can tell me that I would have to pay a $55 "evaluation" fee to get my prescription, which is illegal to do. I have the right to request my prescription free of charge whenever I feel like even if it's been over a year (which is not even the case). Especially because I was never given one once I got my lenses. I was going to buy one box until I could get back there for my annual exam in October, but now I will gladly take my business somewhere else.
