LOVE LOVE This Eye Doctor and his wife they always make my family feel comfortable. Dr. Shwom eye exams are very thorough and he makes you feel comfortable he explains every thing he's doing and my boys love going to him. I would recommend this eye doctor to all my family and friends.

I became a patient of Dr. Shwom through being a patient of a now retired optometrist. I loved my previous optomitrist and he truly set any of his former patients up for success by suggesting Dr. Shwom! I had my second visit there this week and just can not rave more about the service that he and Mindy provide as well as taking such great care of their patients! I have had very poor eyesight my entire life and eye care is something incredibly important to me. I feel so confident in knowing that I will get the best of care from Dr. Shwom. Just today, Mindy called me to let me know that my contacts were on back order and she was working on getting some trial pairs to make sure I was covered. Now that is an optical office that truly cares! Thank you Dr. Shwom & Mindy for being so great!!!

Dr. Shwom has been my family's eye doctor for years and provides us unbelievable service! He is extremely thorough and takes the time to get to know each and every one of his patients, listening to their concerns and offering suggestions and expertise. He is extremely personable and you can tell is passionate about what he does. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Shwom to anyone who is looking for an eye doctor that cares to make their experience as positive as possible.

I just recently became a patient of Dr. Shwom. I find him inviting, thorough in attention to detail and very informative in letting you know and understand what procedure he is doing or needs to do. Dr. Shwom is great, he is so kind a does a great job finding the correct lens for you! His wife Mindy is so nice and helps you find the right frame to compliment you!! They are the best around for sure!!!

Once you're in, they are nice. It's just that the follow through and customer service leave a lot to be desired. The way they operate is not suited for preferences and needs of the broader sector. I'm sure they get along well with old school Everett. Also, the receptionist has a lot on her plate, and as much as she tries to seem welcoming, looks harassed. Needless to say, I will look elsewhere for services.

Had an appointment today. They were both great - Mindy & Doctor. Great communication. Very clean and covid protected, following all the safety recommendations. Can't wait for my glasses to arrive! Thanks guys <3

The most thoughtful and thorough eye doctor I have ever seen. It is literally a mom and pop and the mom is a dynamo and genius at picking frames that look good on you. Sometimes the waits are long and a bit unpredictable and you don't get cut-rate pricing but I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else, it's all well worth it.
