I honestly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Christina Herald at Fall River Vision. I have a history of retinal detachment and chronic dry eye, so eye appointments usually come with a lot of anxiety for me, but from the moment she walked in she made me feel completely at ease. She took her time, really listened, and explained everything in a way that was clear, calm, and genuinely reassuring. I never once felt rushed, and it felt more like talking to someone who truly cared than just a routine appointment. Her attention to detail and level of concern were above and beyond what I expected, and I left feeling relieved, confident, and honestly just so grateful to have found her. The staff was just as wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive the entire visit, which made the whole experience even better. I truly hope Dr. Herald can be my eye doctor for life because doctors like her are rare, and if you have any eye concerns, especially anything complex, you could not be in better hands!
