This office runs like a well oiled machine, they are that efficient! From the friendly front desk staff to the technicians who do the field vision test and optic nerve scanner, this office has everything for a complete eye exam. Dr Anise is amazingly thorough. She did my husband's cataract surgeries and is currently treating me for glaucoma suspect. I highly recommend this practice for anyone needing vision care!

I have been having eye exams my whole life and this is the best one that I have had by far. From the minute someone answers the phone until you check out everyone is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Dr Catanio gave me a great exam while answering all my questions and explaining everything that was done. I'm sorry I forgot the tech's name but she was great as well. I highly recommend this practice.

From door to door, exceptionally friendly, helpful, attentive clinical and office staff. Made me feel like a VIP! Dr. Gupta is down to earth. Explains carefully the current situation and plan. Very pleased with this practice!

After suffering a massive retinal detachment and expecting to be totally blind in my left eye, I am so thankful that I was quickly referred by the ER to Dr. Gupta and the RI Eye Institute! Dr. Gupta was able to perform immediate surgery to repair my eye and after 3 months of recovery, I am optimistic that my eye will return to close to its original state (once cataract surgery is done.) Everyone at the clinic, both in Providence and Fall River, is friendly and helpful, and I highly recommend Dr. Gupta to anyone who needs to feel confident in the expertise and approach of their doctor and staff. My visit was amazing.Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. Each of the techs were extremely nice and friendly, and answered any of my questions . Then I saw Dr Sarah Anis and She was extremely knowledgeable and explained the different procedures very clearly for my Lazer Cataract Surgery. I told her about the need for, quick as possible, scheduling And She was very helpful in doing so. At the end of my visit I was sent to Vanessa Caruso, the Office Manager to complete my appointment and She went out of her way to make sure that the scheduled Surgery will happen. Went over all the different Eye Drops and answered all my questions. Thanks again to all involved for making it such a pleasant experience
