Horrible. If I could give a minus star, I would. Over 3 business days, called 4 times, no answer. Left 3 VM, not returned. Finally called the doctors office and they made me an appointment at the optical shop. I walked in and sat down. No one acknowledged me. Finally she asked if I had an appointment and I could look around. When I said no one answers the phones, optician came out and said the receptionist answers the phones, he did not get any messages and he can't be there all the time. They were both rude and I was trying to be quite pleasant. I took out my insurance cards and he said they do not accept any insurance, I did not see that information anywhere or on the voicemail. Total waste of my time, terrible service and condescending attitude. If you like that, this is the shop for you. Cannot believe that they can stay in business. I will absolutely shop elsewhere and advise others to do so also.
