If I could rate the website's online service, I would give it a zero. The website doesn't work, the prescription doesn't load, and customer support does nothing to try to solve the problem. This is a huge lack of care. I recommended 4 friends to go there for consultations and to buy glasses from you, and honestly... The website attendant asked me for the doctor's number and name to confirm the prescription, even though she could have tried to verify it herself, since she works for the company. In short, a zero for everything, except for the service from consultant Laura.

Had to get new lenses covered by warranty. Received text within expected time frame, went to BJs yesterday and they put in the new lenses (and replaced the nose pads on my frames) within 15 minutes and it was all at no charge. Really appreciated the customer service.

At the Framingham location Laura was fantastic. She did my eye exam she's very professional. Tammy is also fantastic very professional..She tried to help me find glasses.
The only reason why I'm not giving a 5 star.It's because there is not a lot of glasses to choose from.

I would totally recommend this BJ's optical location for eye exam and glasses, I had a great experience. Tammy was very kind and welcoming checking me in. David provided professional and knowledgeable assistance, explained everything thoroughly and made sure that I was getting what I wanted. The eye exam was completed in various stages, two of which were via video conference. David provided the first part of the exam. An eye technician and a doctor completed their portions of the exam via video conference. They all provided comprehensive exams and made sure all my questions were answered. I am very satisfied with my experience and will definitely be returning next time I need to update my prescription.

I was impressed with the variety of styles, and found several frames I really liked. Store manager Dave was really helpful. Once I ordered them, the glasses came in quickly and Dave spent time making sure they fit correctly. All in all, a good experience!
