Excellent professional, calm and pleasant environment, whenever my family and I need to renew our glasses, we are served very efficiently and quickly. I truly trust and recommend Braz Optical -Otica Brasileira.

My experience has been very bad. I came to this optical store out of necessity. I was already embarrassed and upset because I was forced to make glasses with them; otherwise, I couldn't take the eye exam. They informed me that my glasses would be ready in 7 days, but they never mentioned that it would be 7 business days. Later, they told me they would place an urgent order, but it still hasn't arrived. I am about to travel and still have no idea when it will arrive. Besides being much more expensive than in other places, I was forced to buy from them, and my product hasn't arrived. Although the person stated that the policy was communicated or is communicated during every service, I assure you that this was not done, except for forcing the customer to buy from them. In short, I had a terrible experience and do not recommend this place. What I do recommend is not to choose just any place out of necessity (which was my case) because the clinic I usually go to was fully booked and does not impose policies that force the customer!

Everyone stay far away from Braz Optical - Otica Brasileira. They're complete scammers. My mom paid for an eye exam, and they refused to give her the prescription unless she bought their overpriced glasses. That's illegal. When I called to tell them they have to release it by law, they argued and refused for days. Eventually they refunded her, but still never gave her the prescription. This place is shady, dishonest, and takes advantage of people. Don't waste your time or money here. To the Brazilians reading this: please know there is a law that protects your medical rights. You are entitled to your eye prescription after an exam--no one can withhold it. This law exists for a reason, and businesses like this are required to follow it. Visiting the eye doctor was always discomforting for me. Something about the process made me anxious and I avoided it at all costs for a good part of my life. This changed when I came to Braz Optical. A friend of mine had highly recommended them to me and I decided to give them a try. To my surprise, I had an awesome experience. The sales personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find a great fit for my unique situation. During the time that I spent there, I noticed that they were very careful in making sure that every client there felt appreciated and satisfied with their choices. The doctor was especially nice. He took the time to know me and to address my concerns. I was amazed by the entire experience. Everything was very clean and organized. The staff was courteous. The selection of products are of the highest quality. I couldn't be happier!

From the first day I came to the store they entrusted all the customers and they will be treated professionally and that they will be rightfully helped. four years later and I still love the outstanding customer service, the amount of professional doctors and the care they provide for everyone.
