Had really great experience with Barrington Eye Care this morning. With the latest equipment was shown retina , eye pressure as well as optometry. Love that the eye fatigue I was experiencing was understood and new glasses made right there to be available. I left feeling happy that my eyes were healthy, new glasses and attractive frame available. Was an educational as well as top of the line health care. Thank you! You made my day

Barrington Eye Care staff are wonderful. Dr. Reiners was thorough and informative. I learned more about my eyes health than from any other doctor in over 40 years. I strongly recommend this practice!

Fantastic staff and doctor!! Easy to get an appointment and very caring office!! The doctor was very honest and helpful, in fact, he could have tried to sell me glasses that I didn't need, but was honest and gave me helpful information to help with my dry eyes and didn't try to just get money. Truly cares about his patients eye health. 1000% recommend!!

Buyer beware, the,"DR" rushes appointments and is unresponsive to patient concerns. Had a pair of glasses break under normal use within 30 days. There was little response to my concerns of future quality and inconvenience. Staff was rude and unprofessional and to cover themselves gaslighted by blaming me. The owner does not understand proper business practice and refuses to properly address issues Response to your response: I apologize for interrupting your lunch, perhaps hiring a proper business manager would alleviate you from operating a retail store and practicing optometry. I don't believe customers expecting access to a professional manager is unreasonable. It is obvious in your haste that you did not listen to my concerns nor read my review. I never called that morning, nor did I ever say my son broke the glasses. They did break under normal use within 30 days of purchase. My concern was of the quality, not the warranty. My request was a refund which is not unreasonable for a durable good that did not last a month from purchase. Any retail store would honor this. Now I am required to continuously return to a business that does not wish to do business with me, nor I with you. That is not good business.

Staff and Doctor were very helpful and pleasant. Office and exam rooms were clean and neat. All equipment appeared like new and up to date. Even a new machine which permits a complete eye exam with out the need to dilate the pupils.

My first visit to Barrington Eye Care was an excellent experience. Everything was explained in great detail, ample time was spent without feeling rushed to end appointment. Will definitely return.

The office staff at Barrington Eye Care were fantastic. They were warm, attentive, and efficient, and their friendliness really helped ease my anxiety. The frame selection was excellent, especially beyond what MassHealth covers, and I found a pair I absolutely love. My experience with the optometrist, Dr. Reinner, was a bit mixed. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail, but his communication style didn't quite work for me. At times it felt a little like he was talking down, which was uncomfortable, though I believe his intent was simply to be thorough and make sure I understood. Once my mother joined the appointment, his demeanor shifted and things felt much smoother. It may have just been a mismatch in our communication styles, but one-on-one it didn't feel like the best fit. That said, I left with a beautiful pair of glasses and a solid understanding of my eye health. I'd recommend Barrington Eye Care for their great staff and excellent frame selection. With a bit more time and familiarity, I'm hopeful that Dr. Reinner and I can build a comfortable, natural rapport that makes future visits easier and more enjoyable.
