Today was my first visit to Vision Showcase. I've always bought my glasses through the big mall retailers with satisfying results. I have needed new glasses for quite some time now. My Wife and I were in the Hadley area so we decided to go to Vision Showcase and check them out, and I am happy that we did. As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by Deb, the Office Manager, who was working the front desk. She immediately guided us to the proper locations for the frames that I was looking for. She even assisted my wife and I with picking out some sunglasses, offering her advice. It was super helpful and welcoming. Then it came time to sit with the optician, David. He is awesome to work with. he has a passion for what he does and I don't see that very often. He explained the science behind the lenses when I asked about it. I left feeling that I had learned something, which I love. The real bonus; My old glasses lenses were destroyed and I was dreading having to wait another week for a new pair. David actually made my new ones within a couple hours. They were single prescription lenses and he has those in stock and he has a machine that can cut them. I was also impressed that they offered to cut new lenses for my old frames because the frames themselves are in OK condition. I didn't do that because I had broken an arm on those frames and was unsure how long they would last. At the end of the day, it was an incredibly pleasant experience purchasing glasses from Vision Showcase. I also purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses to match the prescription in my everyday glasses. Those will take about a week. I was also quite surprised with their fair prices. I like the fact that this is a local business that is not part of a huge corporation. Both Deb and David spent the time answering all my questions and I feel confident with my purchase. If you're looking for a place with a huge selection of frames, fair prices and great customer service mixed in, then look no further. This is the place.

What a pleasant experience I had at Vision Showcase Hadley. I met with Debra who is was helpful, attentive and informative. The location is great and the showroom is bright and clean. What I dreaded would be an overwhelming chore turned out to be exciting with lots of choices for every budget !

Had the best experience here! I lost my glasses and stopped by hoping to find something and boy did Vision showcase deliver! I found the nicest frames for a great price and the lenses were affordable with default glare protection and I was able to pick them up the next day! The warranty program they have is great and if you have any issues you can stop by and get things adjusted. I ended up with 20% off the purchase! There are also promotions for 50% off sunglasses or lenses within 30 days of the original purchase at the time that I went. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the optician was informative and attentive.

I really appreciated the professionalism of all the staff and the doctor. It was easy to book the appointment and I was seen quickly once there.

I had an excellent experience getting new glasses here. I received great advice and recommendations from the optician in relation to what type of lenses to get for my progressives. As a result, my new glasses are a vast improvement on the previous ones I got at a big optical chain. Honestly, it's amazing the difference his expert advice made. And the woman who helped me pick frames was exceptionally good at working out what would look best on me. In addition, it's a pleasant experience going there because they're friendly and they clearly care a lot about making sure you're happy.

I had the best experience and fun picking out new glasses. They have an amazing selection of name brands at fair prices. Debra, the receptionist was very helpful and pleasant as I asked her opinion of the many I tried on. After settling on a very fashionable pair I sat down with David, the owner. He was very thorough and interesting in explaining choices, process of ordering and materials used to make quality lenses. One week later I was back to pick them up and make final adjustments. I could not believe the clarity of these lenses. David also put new lens in my old frames. Due to their age I was impressed they didn't break on him! They, also, we're purchased there. If you like stress-free shopping (and who doesn't) Vision Showcase Hadley is your place.

I just had 2 pairs of prescription glasses made here for my kids. David, the owner spent a significant amount of time with us and worked to get my kids into comfortable frames. He was very professional and truly cares about his customers. Honestly this is the best customer service I received from any of the eye glasses retailers in the area. David was thorough and explained why and how the selected glasses worked with each child. In addition his prices were great. This business has moved recently to a location about a mile closer to Northampton on Rt 9. Google maps sends you to the old location. The new location has a rather small sign that can be easily missed. It is worth spending the time to find Vision Showcase. He has a tremendous selection of glasses to choose from. He also generally can get you glasses same day or next because he stocks most common single vision prescription lenses. David is a real professional who cares about his customers. I am very satisfied with both his customer service and the product he sells.

It took more than a month to get my glasses and when I asked for them to cancel the order, I was told it wasn't possible. This after I already spent $700+ on the first pair of glasses that came in during the first week as I had been promised for both pairs. I explained I have some high medical expenses and the second pair, not even ready yet, will be a financial strain. Again, after already spending $700+ on the initial pair. I try to shop local, but this was a mistake.
