This was the BEST experience I have ever had at an eye exam. The staff was incredibly helpful, patient, personable, and sweet. I saw the doctor virtually and that worked perfectly. I had my retina examine without having my eyes dilated, which was awesome. The price of contacts and glasses were very reasonable. I am also going to be able to trial multifocal AND monofocal contacts to see which works best.
I HIGHLY recommend Vision Works.
P.S. To the person who complained about not getting eyes dilated during the exam, the test with the blue/red/green light did the SAME thing as getting your eyes dilated. The dilation is not necessary with that machine. That's a good thing. Seeing the doctor virtually is really no different than seeing her in person. For me, this was the most thorough exam I've had.

I went there yesterday for the very first time and it was absolutely exceptional. I've never been anyone except my hometown so this was great. The staff was perfection at making sure I felt welcomed, taken care of and happy throughout my experience. All of my questions were answered and I felt supported every step of the way. Wasnt told I wasnt seeing a Dr in person. Nowhere on site, when making an appt, does it tell you the dr is on telehealth monitor. Part of the exams Ive had since 10 yrs old is getting eyes dilated. They dont do that. I am not certain the prescription is accurate since it was so rushed and I could barely hear the Dr. Im not even sure I want to fill the prescription since Im not sure its correct. I dont want to be stuck w glasses that arent correct for the next 2 yrs. I may just go elsewhere for 2nd exam. Unfortunate since I drove so far.
