I recently ended up at MyEyeDr in Hanover MA because my regular eye doctor was booking into 2027 and I had an appointment for February 2026 which got canceled due to an unexpected leave of absence. Since I needed a new script I was forced to go someplace else and the Hanover location was able to schedule an appointment within 2 days!!! I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Merem...she was patient and diligently worked with me to correct my issues with my current contact lens script. I'm soooo happy that I can clearly see and the new brand of lens is so much more comfortable. Sheila that works in sales area is AWESOME also...very patient, friendly and knowledgeable with insurance, etc. I'm sooo thankful to have found MyEyeDr and HIGHLY recommend!!!

What a FANTASTIC eye care office. I am thrilled VisionWorks mixed up my eye appointment just before Christmas. MyEyeDr. fit me on to get my yearly FSA benefits the next day. I am beyond thrilled. I bought a pair of Oakley reading sunglasses, a pair of distance glasses for driving and two pairs of reading glasses - I will leave a pair at work and a pair at home. My eye doctor, Dr. Merem, was great. She was so patient as I stumbled whether slide 1 or 2 looked clearer. She also found that I am getting cataracts. That was a surprise to me. I had never been told that before. The eye technician, whom unfortunately I cannot her name (African-American, pretty young woman) was great at doing the preliminary eye screens. The front desk folks were very accommodating as well. Last, but not least, Charles was a tremendous help helping me choose my frames. He gave me his honest opinions which I needed as I can be indecisive. I could not have asked for a nicer young man to assist me. I feel great to have a new eye clinic. I will definitely be back and will recommend your office. I even met the district manager today and sand my praises of how the office is run and managed. I am one happy okd(er) lady!! Thanks! Awesome people, Charlie helped my mother out by fixing her current pair of glasses in a matter of minutes! Highly recommend!

Helped me in a pinch with a glasses repair. Super nice people. Would recommend to anyone!

Bought a years worth of contacts and was told by the man selling them that they price match so he provided me with a flyer for a rebate. $304 dollars with the rebate matched the price of an online retailer. When I received the contacts I went to do the rebate process and found that it was for the wrong contacts entirely and there was no rebate for $250 like that man had given me. When I called to explain this to the manager she just told me the man was in training and refused to honor the price match that he had told me about. They should honor a price they give a customer or not have trainees alone on the floor.

I came in to see if they could adjust my glasses. They were very helpful!
