I've been seeing Dr. Lee for the past four or five years (even from when he was in Kingston). But my last visit was the best I have ever had. The staff is extremely polite, in good humor, and make getting an eye exam fun. They are empathetic, polite, and very efficient. Dr. Lee's talent can't be understated, either. His exam was quick but thorough, and he addressed every concern I had. When I expressed to the woman assisting me with my lenses and frames that I could use them ASAP due to headaches, she told me she could organize a same day pickup! I've never felt so valued and appreciated as a patient at any other practice, and I really appreciate the attention to detail. If you're looking for an eye care provider, don't pass them up!

They were very nice. But despite offering eye tests through MassHealth, they don't carry the glass frames here. So you can get your vision tested, but can't actually get any glasses

My daughter is home from school and ran out of her contacts. She called several places and couldn't get any help. She called Pearl Vision and got Brianna who went above and beyond. She found the contacts Lizzie needed, called her back quickly and was extremely pleasant. I can't thank her enough. My daughter can't see much without her glasses or contacts and she gets terrible anxiety if she doesn't have them, so it was a minor crisis that was avoided. Thank you again.

We went in to get a pair of glasses cleaned, adjusted, and a minor repair (the hinges were jammed/too tight and won't fold). The employee who "helped" us immediately gave us a snotty attitude. He seemed annoyed at having to clean the glasses and they came back with a big finger smudge on the lens. And rather than immediately pointing out that he couldn't fix the hinge (without explanation why) we had to point out that they were still broken. His explanation was that he was afraid that if he unscrewed the hinges they would come out. Um, isn't this an eyeglass store? Isn't that your job? Do you even know how to repair glasses?
