I have been a patient at this eye clinic for approximately 13-14 years, and for many years my experience was excellent. My entire family--including my in-laws, mother, sisters, husband, and children--has been treated here because the staff was consistently kind, professional, and helpful. In particular, Antonio always provided outstanding service. Unfortunately, it appears he is no longer working there. In August, I visited the office for an eye exam and ordered a new pair of prescription glasses. When I received them, the frame was extremely uncomfortable and clearly too large. I returned to the office about a week later, and the staff adjusted the glasses. However, even after the adjustment, they remained uncomfortable and unwearable. Due to school obligations and being out of state, I was unable to return immediately. The glasses were never worn and are still in new condition. When I finally returned to the office, I was told that the 90-day warranty period had expired and that nothing could be done. The interaction with the new staff was disappointing; they were unhelpful and had a poor attitude, offering no assistance or understanding despite the circumstances. Given the high cost of the glasses and the lack of support, I am extremely disappointed. As a result of this experience, I have decided to change eye doctors for myself and my entire family. It is unfortunate to see such a decline in customer service at a practice that was once excellent.

Great office! Been a patient there for many years and I've always had a positive experience, and the staff from front desk, eye techs and the Dr herself are the best! I would recommend anyone from a small child to adults! Can't say enough about them. A true pleasure to see them at each visit.

I always have a great experience at Haverhill Family Eye. I get anything and everything that I need and the doctor/staff are top notch. They always strive to get me what I need at the best possible cost. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs an annual eye exam, contacts or glasses.

In my experience she is another commercial Dr that is more into $$ than taking the time to really listen and care for her patients. She rushed our appointment, she didn't even stay in the room for 5 min. She l told me that due to my dry eyes I needed blue glasses but have to buy those they sell, the other brands don't work. Also recommended omega 3, of course the only brand that works is the brand they sell. And prescribed me glasses, when I went to another Dr he told me I didn't need glasses. If you come here, just be careful, ask for second opinions and don't buy everything they sell.

Went in for a routine physical. The doctor herself is very nice. She gave me my prescription and told me to go see the optician The front desk told me to pick out some glasses that I liked and go sit at the desk I sat there for over 15 minutes and the optician was sitting right behind and never said one word then another lady came out of the doctors office sat down at the other desk. She walked right over to her and said how can I help you then walked over to me and said I will be with you in a little bit. I was already sitting there for over 15 min and completely ignored so i walked out and now i will bring my business elsewhere.

I've been calling to schedule an appointment, only to be placed on hold for over 15 minutes and an hour early in the day. Unfortunately, I like the doctor, but as a customer, I will no longer go there because of the treatment. The staff have answered the calls more professionally than I did.

Been going here for years, love the staff and the Dr. I managed to hurt my eye socket and while not an emergency they are getting me in tomorrow, and Jen was wonderful to deal with today in scheduling.
