Warby Parker Derby Street Shops

I had a terrific experience at Warby Parker today. I ordered new glasses and also had a few existing pair adjusted, and the entire visit was seamless and genuinely enjoyable. Chris was incredibly helpful--knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the process. I also want to thank Anakja (my apologies if I didn't catch her name correctly), who has helped me in the past and is now one of the on-site optometrists. She was informative, professional, and a pleasure to work with. It was especially nice to be recognized as a long-term customer--those small personal touches really do matter. As always, Warby Parker's eyeglass collection is outstanding, and their recommendations on frames were spot-on. A consistently excellent experience and a great reminder of why I keep coming back.

I had not been to an eye doctor in 10 years and have to admit I was skeptical of going here due to it seeming more like a retail store than a doctors office. However, wow did they change my mind. Every person that I interacted with during my appointment was outstanding. Very engaging, friendly and helpful. My doctor, Nikita, was just awesome. The whole operation there was very organized and smooth, was never wondering what I needed to do next. Great experience and highly recommend.

Tremendously impressed by Dr. Kuzak and her crew today. The entire process only took 20 minutes start to finish. I was out the door with my new prescription. I had checked 4 different eye places and Warby was the quickest to book an appointment and the least expensive ($95 for the full exam) by far. Convenient parking also.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. They took their time to explain the importance of proper fitting glasses to help correct my daughter's astigmatism. Very friendly and great customer service. The best experience I have had in all the lense places we've been to.

I was given space to find glasses I really liked with no rush to choose one. No pressure to buy. Cost and Customer Service were excellent. All my questions were answered. It takes 10 business days to get them mailed to your home and this time frame is consistent with other places I called. Hoping that the quality and function of the glasses once they arrive will be great so I can give them a 5 star review from start to finish. Thank you to all the staff who helped me today for a great experience.

First time I tried out Warby Parker and this store is a keeper. I went to the Derby Street, Hingham location. The customer service was excellent and they had an expansive selection of frames. I highly recommend!

Great shopping today for a kore stylish pair of computer glasses and found a winner in Hardy at Warby Parker. Staff were very helpful!

I had a great experience visiting this store. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The associate helped me immediately. I knew what glasses I wanted and was able to get them ordered in just a few minutes. She also was helpful with providing me information on how to submit an insurance claim.
