I have only been going here for a couple years but I love them!! Last time, I had Dr. David McQueen's daughter and she is absolutely lovely! For me, appointments are more of a chore than anything else, but Caitlin made it feel like a conversation with a new friend! I highly recommend this practice. The front desk staff are also very nice and they have a great sense of humor!

She took the time to talk to me, review my results, make sure I didn't have any questions, and I never felt like I was just being rushed out the door. Very rude and inappropriate, had an appointment for 12 pm got there @12:01pm. Sat there like for 3 mins listening to one of the front end staff talking about a patient , she then went into a side office still having the conversation. Another staff had to call and say there is some one waiting. She then finally came over took my I.D told me I have to reschedule you because you're late. Never ever will I go to that place

This is a very professional organization without being the least bit intimidating or impersonal. I'm alway very comfortable throughout the whole process of getting my eyes and vision checked. I feel free to ask any questions that occur to me and always get well explained responses.
I've never had to spend time alone in a room waiting for someone to show up. I'm in, I get checked, and I'm done. This is a very well organized medical office and I like everyone I've encountered there. I can't think of any reason not to recommend it to everyone.
