Dr. Nangle came and collected me from the waiting area herself which surprised me but I absolutely appreciated. She explained everything she was going to do and look for. When finished she shared her findings and explained that the dilation of my eye could last hour but would go away and that it was safe to drive as long as I used sunglasses. I felt the exam was very thorough. I would certainly recommend Dr. Nangle.

Great experience! Got corrective eye surgery a year ago with Boston vision. I got to the Andover clinic for check ups now. Everyone is friendly and very professional.

From the entrance to the exit - efficiency, kindness and professionalism were abundant. Since we're not tied to a specific Dr we were scheduled with Dr Nagle. So kind and helpful in regards to my contact prescription. She provided her email for any questions as well as scheduled a follow-up meeting to ensure my script was accurate

This was my first experience here and I will NEVER go back. 10/10 do not recommend. I waited over an hour in a random room with dilated eyes and nobody came. I had to request items just to make sure they didn't forget they put me back there, still is no doctor Nangle. She's terrible, customer service TRASH! I never felt so disrespected in my life. DR NANGLE just becuase you have good reviews doesn't mean you can treat people any way you feel. You should do better. I will not be returning, I will do more research for lasik consults.

I received my surgery for Lasik earlier this week. The doctors were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and easing all of my concerns. The day of the procedure, I was extremely anxious. The consultation before the procedure was extremely helpful, and made me feel much more confident moving forward. While in surgery, the doctors made me feel very comfortable by providing a blanket and stuffed animal, they even asked me questions to distract me during the procedure! 3 days post op and i am already feel much more comfortable and can see crystal clear! I would highly recommend this to anyone thinking about it. "

Dr Nangle is always thorough, pleasant and willing to answer questions. Never feel rushed. I have recommended her several times. Including to my wife.
