They say the open at 9 on Fridays but i been here since 9:10 and they havent open

I went in today to look for a new pair of glasses and had the very best customer service!!! This girl was super cool and nice and knew what she was talking about. I went in not knowing what to get and instead of being upset, she offered to help me pick out a pair that looked good on me. Not only did that boost up my confidence but it made me want to go go there anytime I have glasses issues. I wish I got her name so I could do a real shout out but just know, if you need glasses or eye test; or even if you are just curious. Vision Optical is a must! Thankyou guys again

Went for my son's glasses in JULY and still waiting while he suffers at school. Update*** they were finally ready in January! Nice staff and not sure if it may be a masshealth thing but that took such a long time to recieve!

Staff is so amazingly helpful. Great selelction of popular brand glasses at very, very low prices. They had a generous discount for cash payment which was very appreciated. Lenses made in house and ready in four days, Neat place!

Twice I have tried to go and get my glasses. Both times they have been closed. It said they were open until 5 on Friday. Got there at 4:25 and gates down. Closed. Monday I came down. It said 9-5. Here at 2. Gates closed. I had to cabs both times. Unbelievable. I have a backup pair. This is ridiculous. Called the Haverhill locations. He said yeah they called him this morning to say they wouldn't be there. Smh. This is it. At my limit. I should have known. I wish I could give no stars. I had a stroke last year and need this pair in order to see properly.

The staff and doctor are very nice and proffesional. They are provide the most option for Insurance covered glasses compared to any other Optical that I have been to. They are honest and provide awesome advice!
