Merrimack Eye Clinic John Capino MD

This is where I went when I had state health insurance. Always an issue with the referral. They never text you back. Couple years ago my glasses broke and they refused to tell me my prescription lense strength. I go to Walmart vision center now and they're very thorough and informative.

Getting ready for back-to-school! My son and I had our eye exams at Merrimack Eye Clinic, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Dr. Capino was kind, efficient, and thorough, making the process quick yet very reassuring. Thank you for the excellent care!

They won't even return my phone calls to make an appointment. I have left 3 messages and no one ever answers and they never call me back. Absolutely unprofessional behavior and I'm all set. If this is how they act now I surely don't want to even walk in the building. Plus I have read the reviews and wow and I even had personal one on one conversations with friends and family who went there or know of someone and the stories are awful and shame on you guys and the doctor. This is not how you treat people. It's all about the money and ripping people off. And it's sad. Can't just be honest and a real optometrist who cares about every single patient. But it seems like a lot is going wrong there. Maybe the best business bureau should be contacted for a look and review on this place scamming peoples insurance and patients themselves who take cash and save and get a horrible visit and charged and then no help afterwards. Sorry to hear all these awful things.

Don't waste your time coming here. I've never seen an eye doctor who spent less time with me. After waiting for an hour in the waiting room I saw him for maybe 5 minutes, definitely not worth the extra fee they charge. Dr. Capino was so dismissive with the few standard questions I had about my eyes and contact lenses. He even ignored some of them until I asked twice. You'll be better off anywhere else.

I recently traveled from Maryland in need of new eyeglasses. I can't believe the service I got! This is the e best place to get your eyeglasses from. Refraction is top notch! Dr. John Capino really cares about his patients/clients and makes sure that they get service excellence. It's a one-stop shop!

When my daughter got hit in the eye with a soccer ball, I called Dr. Capino right away, and he was incredibly helpful. He listened carefully, asked the right questions, and gave us clear, reassuring advice on what to do next. His calm and knowledgeable response really eased our worries. I"m so grateful for his quick support and expertise!
