Customer service sucks here, would never go back. I picked a pair of frames off the floor to have my glasses made the frames were black and white, I go to pick up my order and the frames are black and cream , they tell me that's the color I picked , nothing they can do about it can't exchange them. How is this ok, if I choose a sample color then that's the color I want not you choose a different color for me and too bad that's the way it is. Not very professional in my opinion at all

This place is terrible I went there because my job has a contract with them so I get an exam and it was like the Dr didnt even care when I told her to make the lenses stronger. Fast forward i get my glasses and now my eyesight is even worse than before so back to wearing my old ones. I will be going back there to make them correct this then go somewhere else. Do not go to this place.

I'm extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism at this ophthalmologist's office. On May 12th, I called and left a message explaining that I was experiencing severe allergy issues affecting my eyes. I specifically asked to have the doctor call me back to schedule an appointment. Today is May 21-- nine days later -- and I never received a call or follow-up of any kind. To make matters worse, I arrived at the office this morning. They are supposed to open at 9:00 AM. It is now 9:15 AM, and the doors are still closed with no explanation. This lack of communication and care is completely unacceptable. We are a family of six who have been coming to this medical office for years, but it has become increasingly clear that patient care is no longer a priority here. Sadly, I now understand why this office has received such poor reviews on Google -- and I'm adding mine to the list. Patients deserve better.

If you want to be ignored and assaulted by rudeness from the receptionist , go here you will not be disappointed.

Had a very bad experience just now at this location. I was spoken to rudely and I feel that I was mistreated by the associate who rudely brushed me aside to assist someone else. I ultimately ended up left the store without receiving any assistance and I will never purchase anything from that location. Terrible customer service. Sad but very true.

Never in my life would I recommend this place to my worst enemy. I just replaced the glasses I got from them. I've had nothing but issues since the day I picked these up. When I asked the optometrist at Walmart to compare the prescription I got from baystate with the 2 previous ones I wasn't surprised when she said the script I got from Baystate was weaker than previous years when in fact my eyesight has gotten worse so the prescription should have been stronger. Not only that but they were too big for my face. I don't remember any purpled hair woman but it was probably because I couldn't see anything

I came to give this place a bad review but it seems like it's the going rate here... I was hoping it was just a bad day.. but the receptionist with the purple hair is extremely rude and snippy to the customers but especially the elderly ones. Literally talking under her breath as they walk away. Too worried about getting back on her cellphone to actually help customers. Don't think it would kill her to actually smile or have a personality. Or don't work in customer service.

They have saved me numerous times over the years. Previously! I had to edit my review because policy and procedures at this office is stupid. I ordered a pair of glasses for my son and was offered a second pair for free thru MassHealth. *the person that answered the phone today 3/6/25*. My son just started wearing his glasses and they broke with in the month. I called to see if they perhaps they still had his second pair of glasses that was offered to me. With the worse attitude she is going to say that was last March. And they send MassHealth glasses back. When asked about receiving a phone call regarding the glasses being ready. She said they don't contact patients for masshealth glasses. Apparently I was told to call in two weeks to see if they were in. (Ridiculous policy). You would think before sending the glasses back the office would reach out but nope. They only care if you pay for your glasses apparently. After years of dealing with them for myself. I will be finding a new eye doctor.
