My visit here revealed serious problems that go beyond simple mistakes. I requested my pupillary distance during the exam and was assured it would be included in my prescription. It wasn't. That would be frustrating enough on its own, but it wasn't the real issue. When I checked my patient portal, I found another patient's exam in my chart -- a child's. That is a clear HIPAA violation and raises real questions about how records are being handled. Every email address listed for the office bounced back as invalid, so I called. Instead of addressing the missing PD or the chart error, the staff member talked over me and immediately moved into an aggressive upsell for lenses I didn't want. It felt like billing, not patient care, was the priority. The exam itself seemed competent, but the administrative side is disorganized to the point of being unsafe. I won't return. Patients deserve accuracy, privacy, and basic communication -- none of which were reliably present here.

literally unbelievable. I'm due for an eye appointment. I've been trying to get one every time I call. They say the schedule opens next week and when I call it always happens to be "closed"again.

This place used to be decent before the pandemic. Now the staff refuse to schedule appointments, just getting paid to do nothing productive. There's literally nobody in the waiting room so I don't know what gives. If you're reading this then you're better off trying different eye clinics like, Warby Parker, Lencrafters, or Walmart etc.

I called on the dot when they where suppose to open and was told my wait time is 30 seconds.... I waited for more than 30 minutes before the call disconnected. And this is not the first time, One time I called and was on hold for awhile to the point I decided to go down to their office. Luckily, I live close by. I got in to my car, drove to the clinic, had time to park the car and walked in the office while still on hold. I waited in line and notice the phones were not ringing and no one was on the phone with anyone else. When I was next in line I told the lady to look at my phone, look at the phone number and look at the time I have been on the phone. She didn't understand because none of the phone where ringing at all for the the amount of time I was on hold. She later told me that the fault is the operators which is in another building in the city and that they don't forward the calls and for that they don't do a good job. The problem still persists till this day.

I have been trying to book an appointment first they said only Mondays I called on Monday and now they say only on Tuesday. Really unprofessional. Something needs to be done. This is really ridiculous. I'm done with this eye clinic.

I had a wonderful experience with Helen and her supervisor. They were both nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. They helped my mom with her glasses and were very professional. I recommend them :)
