I'm a long-term customer of LensCrafters, but I had the best customer service experience I have ever had with Amanda at LensCrafters in Mansfield. I had a unique situation and she was very patient and kind throughout. She truly went above and beyond to help us out. I spent the last 3 weeks trying to figure out sunglasses for my daughter with a rare prescription and have hit nothing but brick walls until today. Thank you so much, Amanda; you have no idea how much relief you've given me. LensCrafters is lucky to have you!

The staff at the Mansfield, MA, store are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I needed my eyeglasses repaired and the salesperson was able to do the repair right there on the spot. I will definitely be purchasing my next pair of eyeglasses from this particular Lens Crafters. Their selection of frames is great.

This location is beautiful and has such a wide variety of choices! Nicole was professional helpful and so kind! I will be returning in the future 100%!

Amy at Lenscrafters of Mansfield was AWESOME! I was going away to Ireland and I lost my glasses, she quickly got me new backup glasses for my trip, new transition glasses for when I came home. She was super kind, helpful and very knowledgable. Today, I had to go back for a popped lens and she helped me in minutes. AMY IS AMAZING!!!

I came in to find a new pair of glasses as I just got a new rx for a pair of progressive lenses. An associate helped with picking out a frame, there was a very limited of choices in a reasonable price range, so a frame was picked and within a couple of days I got a call to come in that they were ready. I went in and was seated and handed a sign to read and that was it, no one checked the fit. After 2 days the glasses were very uncomfortable, the arms didn't even fit over my ears and the nose pads hurt my nose so I knew that you had a policy of 30 days and I could exchange the glasses, so I walked in and told them that I was not satisfied and they proceeded to had me a box to walk around and look for a new pair, they didn't even seem to care as to why I was returning them. So with no help from any associate I picked out a pair of plastic frames, which were a little cheaper than the first pair and they said I will be getting a refund on my credit card for about $24 dollars. So after picking my new glasses out I was seated and the man proceeded to "try" to use that measuring thing on me. I'm assuming it was to see where the progressive rx should be on the lens, don't know as he never spoke to me, almost like I was a problem client. So after this I waited and I waited for my glasses, after a week I called and they said they should be ready soon. Then I get a call they were ready. But then I received another call that they weren't ready but should be soon, so I waited and waited again and after 2 weeks I called again and was told they should be arriving Monday and they would call me. Finally, they arrived. I went to puck them up and was just handed a cardboard box, Not even a nice eyeglass case that you would think you would get for spending over $500, I opened the box, tried on the glasses and no one, I mean no one checked the fit or handed me anything to read in order to check out the progressive rx. I left and immediately felt like the progressive part of the lens was off where it was on the lense for close up vision but I felt like if I went back again I would nit be welcomed with open arms. I'm not happy with how the prescription was set in these frames and the frame also slides a bit but this would of been caught while I was there to pick up the glasses if anyone actually took the time to check the fitting of the frame. I'm very dissatisfied and should of gone to warby Parker that is in the same Plaza. Very expensive pair of glasses that will not be used.

Beautiful store, Kellianne greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Thank you Lydia she helped me find the most perfect glasses to wear on the motorcycle.

The experience was exceptional and was only that way because of the associates working there - Amanda and Chelsea. Amanda's expertise allowed me to pick out the frames and lense choices that were perfect for me. Her friendliness and patience were well appreciated, she was a pleasure to work with. Chelsea was fast and efficient checking me out and was also extremely accommodating. Please recognize these two employees with a raise in salary - your company depends on them...

I'm so happy that I found this store on my Facebook feed. Amy was extremely helpful in suggesting frames according to my preferences. She is very knowledgeable and professional. In addition, she recommended the adaptive progressive lenses which I purchased and I'm so glad I did. There was no adjusting period, I loved my glasses from the first day I put them on. It's a beautiful new store and I highly recommend that you stop by and ask for Amy. She will spend as much time as you need to ensure your new glasses are just right for you.
